VEUILLEZ LIRE NOS EXCELLENTS AVIS Nous pensons que ce que nos voyageurs disent de leur séjour est la partie la plus importante de toute location. Cette copropriété unique est la plus grande unité de location à The Landings. Avec une porte d'entrée qui vous mène à l'arrière du bâtiment vers votre balcon privé qui surplombe la rivière, la piscine et les quais des bateaux. La plupart des autres unités locatives de ce complexe sont de moitié ou moins. Nous sommes situés sur la rivière Withlacoochee juste à côté de la rivière Rainbow avec son propre bateau. Niché dans un cadre naturel de rivières et de cyprès. Vous vous sentirez comme Mère Nature est votre hôte. Pourtant, vous êtes toujours à distance de marche du quartier historique de Dunnellon, des restaurants et des boutiques.
La copropriété possède toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. Deux chambres avec lit queen-size chacune, plus un matelas gonflable queen-size de haute qualité pour les invités ou les enfants dans le salon. Cette unité en copropriété a de hauts plafonds voûtés. Il surplombe la rivière Withlacoochee. Avec grande piscine, bain à remous et grand espace barbecue situé à quelques mètres de la rivière. Vous ne vous lasserez jamais de ce cadre magnifique.

Directement en haut de la rivière (un virage à gauche) qui vous mène à la rivière Rainbow pour certaines des eaux les plus claires que vous ayez jamais vues, connues pour ses tubes ou la rivière Withlacoochee pour la meilleure pêche au bar du monde. Des locations de bateaux, des excursions de plongée sous-marine ou avec tuba sont disponibles à proximité. Ainsi que des aventures en tube.

Above and beyond expectations. We weren’t able to stay in our family property this year but this rental more than made up for it. More amenities than we could even use. Will definitely come back.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rental was very clean and well stocked! Loved being able to watch the gators swimming from the couch! Communication was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Great Location and plenty of room for a family

The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The view is great. Peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room for the four of us. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a 2 minute drive to stores. In a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely go again.

Relax close to Rainbow Springs

Relaxing family week in a quiet natural environment. Property was clean and fully functional, easy parking and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub, easy access with provided kayaks to Rainbow river. Great communication with the owners, who were timely responsive to questions about the neighborhood.

Relaxing Get Away

Very convenient could walk to restaurants and shopping. Condo was a little dated but met our needs to get away and relax. We sat on the dock in the afternoons and watched turtles, birds and small alligators in their natural habitat. Pool was convenient well maintained and quite..

Perfect retreat

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed watching all of the wild life out on the water. It was the perfect little retreat from “life”. Joe was a wonderful host. The house had everything I needed to cook, clean and feel like I was home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Christmas vacation

Condo on withlacoochee river

Very peaceful and convenient location with view of the river. Accurate pictures. Older property with some updates but clean and comfortable. Great king size beds large tv and well stocked kitchen. Dunnellon is a nice small town with several good restaurants and wonderful state park on Rainbow Springs many other good activities nearby.

Very relaxing setting

We came to Dunnellon for a week to do some work and take a mini-vacation. The condo we rented was a perfect setting for our needs, clean and just the right size for a couple or two. The town itself was a delight with several good restaurants and markets to provision the condo. Make sure to visit the Rainbow River, there is a state park, and numerous private concerns that rent kayaks, canoes and inflatable tubes for the public.

Great condo, centrally locate

Great centrally located condo, spent 8 days kayaking, finding wonderful restaurants and visiting friends. Check in was flawless, Joseph (the owner) text just to make sure we had no problems. He was easy to talk to and very helpful during the week, responding within minutes. Loved the loft bedroom with a half bath! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed vacation. We will happily stay here again when in the area!

Eat Pray Love Month on the Rainbow River

Spent a month in the condo, which was water front. Saw alligators, turtles, all sorts of wild life. A peaceful time spent walking along the Blue Run trails, and Rainbow River park. Kayaked several times up and down the Withacoochie and the Rainbow rivers. The most beautiful and magical experience! The condo was a perfect place to stay for a nice calm getaway.

Great Condo

The condo is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is very clean and is fully stocked with everything you need. The grounds are very well maintained and you can dock your boat right there. At night you can sit on the screened in porch and listen to the frog and gator chorus, its unbelievable.. Nature at its best..We had great fishing all week and I cought the largest bass of my life. We loved this place. We will be back..

Great condo on the Withlacoochee River

The condo was perfect; everything we could need was provided, and the unit was clean and tasteful. The other residents/guests were friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. Steve the HOA president is a super nice guy and keeps the property perfectly pleasant. Joe (owner) is very responsive to any question. The river is as beautiful as ever, and the easy drive to Silver Springs, Ocala, Cedar Key are all must-sees; the 2-hr drive to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach etc are well worth the drive. Once again, a perfect visit to Joe's condo!

Enjoyed our week at the condo

Joe was a fantastic and very communicative host. Enjoyed using the two kayaks and the condo was well equipped. We spent the most time at the pool and eating lunch on the picnic tables on the condo premises. There were two guest bar-b-ques, which we used one for a nice Memorial day grill out with the family. We rented two condos side by side for the family and this worked out perfectly. This condo had all the basics you need , but nothing fancy or special. The condo was definitely well worn, so you could say 'kid friendly'.
