Was able to get refunded within two days after not staying at this property. Upon check-in, it was not as described in the pictures, among other things. I hope the property owner updates the suite and also their ad on Vrbo to accurately depict what it really looks like.

Late arrival(11pm), room not ready, dirty laundry on the floor, no contact to management, had to organize a hotelroom, next day contact with mngmt. Got hotel cost reimbursed. Several other issues during rental; too many to list them all.

Reviewer Comments: Description of apt is inaccurate it was rundown carpet worn with hole walls stained above headboard drapes to sliding door stained couch on floor pillows ripped stained balcony small & missing a lot of tiles also some were broken vent in bathroom full of dust the drape rod rusted mold /rust around bathtub As soon as I walked into apt bad smell coming from kitchen area I called host & complained with no help from them at all they didn't even come check the odor I sent them pics of everything described & nothing I also complained to VRBO & I'm still waiting upon a full refund As for amenities no blow dryer

Reviewer Comments: 10泊お世話になりました。立地がよく、バス停も近いので便利。26階で横から海が見えます。一番のお気に入りは朝焼けが見えるので、毎日早起きして見ていました。設備は古く感じましたが、許容範囲です。値段を考えるとコスパがよいと思います。シャワーが固定式でないのはありがたかったのですが、お湯の勢いが弱かったのが唯一残念でした。コインランドリーや屋上のプールなども利用でき、長期滞在でゆっくり過ごす事ができたので満足しています。

The decor is dated and needs some TLC, but for the price and location, it is a good value. We did find that the queen bed was comfortable, but the fold out futons for guests 3 and 4, were not as comfortable.We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof.

Reviewer Comments: 立地、屋上プールやジャグジーが魅力的なずっと泊まってみたいと思っていたパシフィックモナーク、今回やっと泊まれました。利用しませんでしたが、屋上にはバーベキュー施設、玉投げ遊具、ラウンジにはビリヤードと大型テレビ等々、建物内で楽しめる物が沢山あり、しかもプールとジャグジーの利用可能時間が6時から22時まで良かったです。時間があればもっと利用したかったです。ロビーにはレモン水が置いてあり、出掛ける時、帰って来た時の水分補給が楽しく嬉しかったです。到着後、いつも混んでいますが、1階にあるいやすめでおにぎ0

Reviewer Comments: 予約の変更とても丁寧に対応して頂きました。ホテルの立地は最高でビーチまですぐですし、ビーチで使えるいくつかのアイテムも部屋にあり便利でした。部屋の窓が広くオープンするため、ラナイがないのは全く気になりません。心地よい風が吹き、海が見え、部屋にいるだけで最高のリゾート体験ができました。24時間使えるランドリールームもホテルにあるため、長期滞在も不便なく過ごせます。次の旅行でも是非また利用したいと思います。素敵な滞在をサポートして下さりありがとうございました。

Reviewer Comments: The number one thing this property has going for itself is the location - 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and right near the international marketplace. The reason for my low review is multi faceted... First, the room I booked, is not the room I got. Second, when we got there, the futon/sofa sleeper was broke (obviously broke) so we ended up having to utilize an air mattress for our boys. Third, for 4 of us on a 10 day stay we were only given 4 towels for the duration - yes there is a laundry facility onsite, but I really did not want to spend my vacation doing laundry! There were extra towels and blankets in totes in the closet, but there was a note on them that stated we would be charged extra if any items were used. An extra towel and blanket would have been nice!! Fourth - the water to the building was shut off for 2 days during our stay for repairs. I understand repairs need to happen, however when you do a hike in the morning and have dinner plans at 4:30, it sure would be nice to be able to take a shower!! There were restroom facilities coordinated with an adjacent hotel, but that was it - nothing to be able to clean a sweaty body for dinner!! Maybe only having the water off for 4 hours at a time instead of the entire day would have been a better option... Next time I will pay the additional money to stay at a nicer hotel/resort...
