Une grande propriété familiale parmi les séquoias

Villa Ratto est un domaine familial privé de deux acres qui a été transmis à la prochaine génération. Le domaine est niché parmi les superbes séquoias de Californie dans le quartier historique de Cazadero. C'est le cadre idéal pour des vacances mémorables en famille et entre amis ou pour une escapade en couple romantique. De plus, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, se détendre et s'équilibrer avec la nature.

Le terrain offre un grand espace gazonné pour les jeux de plein air comme le volley-ball et le badminton et un feu de camp à l'arriÚre pour une soirée relaxante au coin du feu.

L'hébergement de style contemporain récemment rénové met en valeur la simplicité, le style et le confort. La piÚce principale avec ses plafonds voûtés en poutres en bois comprend un grand salon, une cuisine gastronomique ouverte et un coin repas spacieux pouvant accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes.

Le coin salon avec sa cheminée en pierre comprend un canapé en cuir confortable et spacieux.

La cuisine gastronomique entiÚrement équipée comprend: 2 éviers, deux fours doubles, de vastes zones de préparation, une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un réfrigérateur à vin et des comptoirs en pierre de quartz.

La suite principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain privée. La salle de bain principale présente une grande douche à l'italienne et deux lavabos. Les deux chambres d'hÎtes sont spacieuses avec des lits queen size et de grands placards.

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Ratto. We will be back again! The house is set up with everything you could possibly want/need in a vacation home. The host is exceptional- responsive and helpful. The setting is beautiful and offers privacy/quiet yet is close enough if you want to go grab something to eat! We love it here and are anxious to come back!

Villa Ratto is it for us! Since 2013, my family of 3, my sister’s family of 3 and my parents (who are in their mid 70’s) have been vacationing together. We have never once stayed in the same house twice. However, after our week at Villa Ratto that will change. We cannot wait to come back. The yard is amazing! We played kick ball in the back, went “snipe hunting”, the kids floated in the creek, we enjoyed both patios and even roasted hot dogs and marshmallows in the fire. The house was spacious enough for all of us, and the kitchen is well stocked. The host had thought of everything you could need and is generous with supplies. He’s very responsive and helpful as well. 10/10! Highly recommended!!

This house is spectacular; has everything and anything you will ever need! Fantastic location to either Guerneville, Duncan Mills and the coast (Goat Rock Beach a must)! House was impeccably clean and the access to Austin Creek behind the home was great for our dog to romp around in.

This property is everything the reviews say it is. We stayed for a week
. a long weekend with our children and grandchildren and the rest of the week just the two of us and the property and home here fit all of that perfectly. While there is so much to do in the area, we also were quite content with staying on property and never lacked for things to do or for peace and quiet. We dropped our paddle boards in the creek, played numerous indoor and outdoor games and enjoyed the fire pit and new hot tub as well as the fireplace inside. This home is exceptionally stocked, and the owner has obviously spent a lot of time and effort to make this home inviting and homey. Tony was a great communicator as well and made checking in and out seamless. Hope to stay here again soon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed your home! We found it to be clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The location is peaceful, quiet, secluded. We especially liked it being on Austin Creek. We went walking or swimming in the creek most every day. We also gathered around the fire pit most days. Tony was always available to answer a question or handle a concern. A wonderful host. We toured wineries, spent a day along the coast and a day at Armstrong Redwoods. A perfect blend of activity, relaxation and connecting with family. We would definitely stay here again! I would consider booking your stay now!

Cazadero Gem

If you are reading this review and thinking about staying here, just book it! First, I rent vacation homes 4-5 times a year, so I’m picky and used to common issues. I could not tell you anything negative I found about this property. First the pictures do not do the yard and surrounding area justice. I have been coming to the Russian river area my whole life and the property brings out the beauty of the sequoias, ferns and the creek, where we found a small waterfall. We loved exploring around the yard, playing badminton we had brought and frisbee with our dog who could run free in the huge fenced in property. We enjoyed the deck during the day where we could relax in the sun and the fire pit and hot tub at night. The house itself feels spacious and was very well stocked for all your needs. They had games, books, firewood, extra paper towels and TP. The kitchen was amazing. I am a foodie who cooks on vacation so I was in heaven. From the double ovens to the range, abundance of cookware, glasses and silverware to the little details like Tupperware, foil, and ziplock baggies. And if you don’t want to cook there are several restaurants in either Guerneville, Bodega bay or Jenner. Lastly this host, Tony is amazing. Great communication and checked in to make sure everything was fine. I even forgot a few items and he shipped it to me. As long as the property continues to be a rental, my family and I will be coming back every year!

Holiday Haven!

The photos definitely do the property justice! The home is perfect, and as other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen is the most well appointed we've ever experienced at a rental! I normally always bring a few items we can't live without and the house had them all! The grounds and creek access were so wonderful! The kids and pups had the absolute BEST time running around the property and enjoying the creek! Truly wonderful and the most kind host!! We're so grateful we were lucky enough to enjoy this property and look forward to a future stay! Highly recommend!!!

Above Expectations

Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was huge and contained more items than any gourmet cook could hope for. It was near a large table that was perfect for group meals and family games. The hot tub was the best we have ever used - very clean, hot and great jets. Thank you for a great time!

Great Property!

Our family loved this place inside and out! Our yellow lab stayed busy chasing balls in the large, fenced yard, and our grandchlidren stayed busy splashing around in the peaceful creek just outside the property gate! We didnt even need to fight the crowds on the Russian River! Then, there was the hot tubbing, Smores around the fire pit, and the gourmet kitchen! Loads to do and not enough time to do it all!

Idyllic

Perfect spot for families with kids - they spent hours and hours playing in the meadow. Sunshine, redwoods, smores at the campfire, and access to the creek - what more can you want? Kitchen spacious and well appointed. Private, quiet, clean - this is our second visit and we'd love to make it an annual tradition.

A Hidden Gem!

This is the absolute best VRBO in the Cazadero area. We've stayed at many and none were as spacious, clean, well-stocked, or beautiful. There was so much open space for our dogs to run. Plenty of space to talk and spend quality family time. This was also the most stocked rental house I've ever rented. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need in the kitchen - it's better stocked than my house! Tony was super helpful and communicative. The house was even nicer than the photos. We really had the absolute best weekend and will definitely be back!

Excellent Estate

This grand home was perfect to celebrate our family Christmas together. The kitchen is one of those types that budding chefs dream of. It is well stocked with all the tools of the trade and is integrated into the living space so that we could cook and visit at the same time. The giant hot tub was a plus, we even jumped into the river for a cold plunge. The house has a good heating system and three bathrooms is a nice bonus with 7 people. The beds are top of the line with cozy bedding. The only thing, and it is small, is I wish the lighting over the dining room table was not the outdoor type spot lights with cold color lighting. This took away from a cozy atmosphere that the rest of the house radiates. Overall, this was an amazing home and we loved the beautiful redwood setting with so much property to walk the dogs through.

Perfect! Can't wait to go back!

Idyllic setting, beautiful and comfortable house with all the imaginable amenities! Tony (the owner) was incredible to work with, very communicative and helpful. My husband and I, our adult daughter and her partner all absolutely loved it. The house was clean and well-appointed with everything we could have asked for with great attention to detail--from the spices, water in the refrigerator, huge selection of dishes, utensils and cookware, wood for the fire, games--I can't even begin to name all of the conveniences offered at this property. The beautiful setting with redwoods, access to the creek, firepit and hot tub didn't hurt either! Thank you Tony for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing getaway location - highly recommend

We spent a lovely relaxing long weekend here, it is a gorgeous location set amongst redwood trees & a creek at the end of the garden. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything that you need for family cooking.
