This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is part of a well-maintained duplex located in a residential neighborhood—just minutes from the airport, Lake Hood, and major roadways.



Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished living space with warm lighting, modern finishes, and a cozy layout perfect for solo travelers or couples. The open-concept kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, cookware, and a dining nook. The bedroom features a plush King bed, blackout blinds, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is clean and modern, stocked with towels, shampoo, and other essentials.



Guests enjoy a private entrance, off-street parking, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and an extra full sofa bed for additional guests. Pay attention! Access is around the back of the property with your own private door access, patio, and living space inside.

When you parked in front of the house, walk past the main entrance, and turn right to the back of the house - and there you are - it will be there :)
