Our place is just an easy 8-minute walk from the charming Venice Grand Canal, a short 10-minute drive to BGC, and about 20 minutes from Makati’s business district and the airport terminals — making it super convenient for both work and play.

Our neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby — especially around Forbes Town, BGC, and SM Aura. Plus, you’ll have full access to the condo amenities located right on the same floor for a truly relaxing stay.

Located in the upscale McKinley West area, you're just minutes away from BGC, Venice Grand Canal Mall, and top dining spots.

Capacity: 30-50 people (4 rooms)
Rates: PHP 5,000 for the first 3 hours, PHP 1,500 per additional hour
Security Deposit: PHP 5,000

Fitness Area & Gym, Game Room, Yoga Room, Dance Studio
Open daily, 6 AM - 10 PM (or 9 AM - 10 PM for yoga & dance)
Fee: PHP 200 per visitor, per day

No Smoking or Vaping: Our unit is strictly non-smoking for everyone’s comfort.

Early or late check-ins/out may be possible—just ask!

Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee is included in your booking for a fresh space on arrival.

Security: The building has 24/7 security. You’ll need a valid ID to check in.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

Guests: Only registered guests can stay overnight. Please inform us ahead if you plan to have visitors.
