Water Safety Rules:

When using the kayaks, paddle boat, or paddle boards, a life jacket must be on board for each individual—life jackets are provided and located in the garage

Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and use of the paddle boat is only allowed on the shore side of the buoys at all times for your safety

No diving off of dock

Ideal for larger groups, the loft sleeps up to 10 guests

Bedding includes: 1 king bed, 3 double beds, 2 twin beds, with privacy dividers for added comfort

Includes a full bathroom and a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator

Tons of Yard Space & Games Galore:

Enjoy outdoor games with family and friends—Can Jam, Cornhole, Spikeball, frisbee, balls, and bats are all provided for hours of fun.

Checkout Instructions:

Remove used sheets and place them on top of the bed

Leave blankets and quilts neatly on the bed

Place used towels in the showers

Remove all perishable food from the fridge and pantry

Any canned or non-perishable food left behind will be donated to a local food bank

Dispose of all garbage in the trash cans next to the garage

If your stay includes Sunday night, please bring trash and recycling bins to the top of the driveway for Monday morning pickup

House Rules & Guest Responsibilities:

Please keep the property and furnishings in good order and tidy

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay

Upon arrival, report any damages or issues to the owner immediately

A checkout inspection will be conducted by both the guest and owner

The property must be left in the same condition as at check-in or part of the security deposit may be forfeited

Tenants shall allow the owner access to the property for the purposes of repairs or inspections as needed

No loud or excessive parties permitted

Strictly prohibited: college parties, bachelor parties, prom parties, the use of illegal drugs, and fireworks

Violation will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund

We reserve the right to perform a non-judicial lockout of any tenant who refuses to vacate the property at the end of the agreed rental period
