Relaxing and Cozy

The cabin is very welcoming and the host goes above and beyond with amenities. I stayed here with my son to visit family in the area. I will stay here again and highly recommend.

Quick but Easy Visit

Although our stay was only for one night, everything was clean and in good order. We appreciated the large dining room table and the opportunity for the whole family to eat dinner together. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. The house is clean and well kept. We enjoyed the fireplace, watched a bit of TV and relaxed. I found the house to be very relaxing and well appointed. The owner was responsive and very helpful. I really enjoyed this property.

Great Cabin

Comfortable and cozy cabin. The couches are dated and a bit uncomfortable but the front porch is great. Even though there are other houses on both sides, it is very private. Definitely will use this property again in the near future.

Great property

Came to town for a golf weekend with a few friends and this house ticked all the boxes. Convenient to town, plenty of space and a proper cabin type vibe. Rosa was super easy to deal with and was very communicative. Will be coming back next year.

Vestal Vacation

The perfect stay for our visit with our son at Binghamton University. This cozy cabin is secluded yet close to town…feels like you are in the woods. We absolutely loved the fireplace! Nothing like a wood burning fire…simply gorgeous. Home is very clean and the host communicated well.

Best in Vestal!

We had a wonderful visit. Quaint cottage in the woods but close to everything! Clean & had everything we needed! The washer & dryer was a plus. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed with new appliances. Loved the front porch too! Will be booking again for for next visit!

wonderful home for the Vestal area

our family enjoyed staying at the house. it was convenient to shops and activities we needed to be at. The only thing I would recommend is putting curtains or miniblinds on the windows. Other than that, our family loved the home and will be returning soon.

In the woods

Rustic on the outside but comfy inside. View from inside looks like you are in the deep woods, despite convenient location close to Vestal Parkway (restaurants, stores) and a supermarket just around the corner.

Red cabin in the wood

Lovely home with all the amenities you will need. Just like the pictures. A small problem with the front door but fixed by 4 pm check in. We were in Vestal for a family wedding. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Owner left snacks and water which is a nice tough.

Great stay in Vestal, NY

Lovely setting surrounded by trees and shade. Great porch to enjoy the outdoors from. Ample kitchen space for group cooking. Showers worked well. Lots of games and TV available. Doorknob broken on bathroom door and we had to fix. Ice maker in fridge not working well. Dishwasher nice plus. Plenty of dishes. Details on available beds incorrect— 3rd large bed not a queen. Upstairs space rough on tall people. Overall a very nice place — enjoyable stay. Rosa very good at responding in a timely fashion

Nice, Cozy, Comfortable

Very nice cabin, clean and comfortable. Very quiet setting, and close to anything you may need on the Vestal Parkway and hiking at Arnold Park. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and communicated well anytime I had a question. Only reason for the 4 stars would just be the weird bathroom upstairs and things stored on the front porch. Bathroom was functional, but the door was not a normal door and was difficult to close/lock (got to be annoying after a while), and we could look over the shower curtain. Again, functional, just a little weird, not much anyone can do about it, but just a head's up. (literally! :). Overall it was a wonderful place for our needs!! Would recommend!

I was not able to enter the cabin. Did not receive the code to unlock the door and could not reach the manager until later that night after we booked a new hotel could only reach her by text as the phone was not answered when I called from the cabin something in the settings prevented me from getting her message with the code to unlock the door. We got a 25 per cent refund.

Magical and peaceful cabin in the woods

My partner and my kids stayed here for 5 nights while visiting my family in the area for Christmas. The cabin is spacious with comfortable and attractive furnishings, and the kitchen is large and has everything you need. We were there during an extreme cold snap and so there were a few weather-related maintenance issues, and I was so impressed with how quickly Rosa and her husband addressed them. She even had the cabin decorated for Christmas, lit tree and all, which was such a lovely surprise. The best feature is the huge stone hearth, we had crackling fires going every day. This is the best rental experience I've had in a long time, at a time when many hosts cut corners and do the bare minimum. Rosa went above and beyond and was such a gracious host. We will be back!
