Êtes-vous prêt pour les vacances de vos rêves? Eh bien, venez à la belle plage d'Orange et commencez vos vacances. Ce condo est la destination familiale parfaite! Des superbes piscines et nouveau parc aquatique à l'installation d'entraînement et bien plus encore, ce condo ne vous décevra pas. L'emplacement est super et vous serez proche de tout. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques, mini-golf, zoo de la côte du golfe d'Alabama, Waterville et plusieurs terrains de golf de classe mondiale à proximité. N'oubliez pas la raison de votre venue - le magnifique golfe du Mexique. La vue sur le golfe est incroyable depuis le balcon!

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez tout le confort moderne que vous attendez d'une propriété haut de gamme comme celle-ci. Téléviseurs à écran plat, WIFI, mobilier confortable et cuisine entièrement équipée, prêts à préparer la pêche du jour!

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les réservations effectuées qui ne répondent pas à ces critères sont susceptibles d'être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

This condo was just right for our group. Casual and comfortable. It has a great view of the Gulf! There is a deck off the room with the king bed and a deck and view of the water from the living room/dining area.

I love that the condo was right on the beach. Nice outdoor pool and splash pad for kids. This unit is outdated and could use new furniture such as a couch but it was perfect for a short stay.

Great condo!

The condo needed a little more attention in cleanliness. The couch is a bit uncomfortable! However, the overall stay and condo was nice. Could use a crock pot, some scissors, a new coffee pot for sure and some plastic containers to store cooked leftovers

Everything was good except the fact that they had construction work going on and it's was a lot of noise with that. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Rented this condo for a week w/ my grandkids and kids. The condo was nicer than pictures looked. GREAT view and very large balcony. Had one issue and maintenance responded w/in one hour.

Excellent property

The stay was great. The condo was very clean and almost perfect location in the building. The beds weren’t the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, but not horrible. I’d say the only complaint I would have would be with the property itself. They charged seventy five dollars for two parking passes!!!

Enjoyed the location. Did not enjoy the third party management process. Seemed a little excessive to rent. The 1000 checkout was also something that wasn’t enjoyable. Would like to have a noon checkout.

Nice place but elevators need some work!

Everything was great but the elevator situation was not good we had to wait for 15-20 minutes every time. We even walked down and up the stairs from the ninth floor just so we wouldn’t have to wait! Other than that we had a fantastic time!
