L'unité Phoenix VI 6911 est située au 9e étage, pas trop loin des ascenseurs. Ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Il est meublé avec une élégance côtière moderne. Profitez de la piscine extérieure, des terrasses et des chaises longues. L'établissement propose également des bains à remous intérieurs chauffés et une piscine chauffée. Apportez du charbon de bois pour les grillades près des ponts de la piscine et profitez du coucher de soleil pendant que vous y êtes. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 à table et 3 chaises pivotantes avec dossier à l'îlot de cuisine. La table à manger est également idéale pour les soirées de jeu et dispose de tiroirs. Café-bar pour tous les amateurs de café! Le Keurig compact à portion individuelle et une cafetière standard de 12 tasses sont fournis sur le bar à café. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle, des ustensiles de cuisine et des verres, des verres à vin et tous vos ustensiles de cuisine. Great stay for our family of adults!

We have 2 adult age "kids" and the 3 bedrooms, balcony overlooking the ocean, easy beach and pool access, and great location made for a perfect, relaxing vacation. We also loved the covered parking. Will come back if possible!

CLEAN!!! Great view

We had a wonderful stay here! The check in process was easy, purchased our parking ahead of time so all we had to do was pick up our passes. The pools were clean and maintenance crews were always around making sure there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The condo was clean, a great overall size and is a perfect distance to the beach. It also had a wonderful parking space provided. Cons: The master bath/shower area was tiny and the shower does not drain. I wish more starter supplies were offered. There was no dishwashing liquid, no hand soap in bathrooms, exactly 1 wash cloth and towel per person. No hair dryer. I realize we can purchase these items but every condo is so different…some provide more than enough and some nothing.

Updated and pretty. Attention to cleanliness was lacking, a few hairballs, a used water bottle by headboard in bed, and something nasty stuck to an end table. A few more courtesy items would have gone a long way with me: a little dishwashing soap, bath soap, salt/pepper. Having flown in, just a few more conveniences would have been appreciated.

Beautiful

Pros: Great stay, beautiful furniture and decor. Appliances all worked, Great view. Cons: bedrooms #2 & #3 need new mattress, master bedroom TV volume control is possessed. Screen door on master balcony off runners. Most upsetting was the property management company’s inability to help when my husband was struck with food poisoning our last day and they could not grant a late check out. We ended up in the ER.

Elevator

It was perfect until my daughter got trapped in the elevator. Very scary for her family. Would have been nice to have been informed about the elevators. Hate the balcony. Absolutely no privacy. Could have passed things back and forth. Any chance of cash back to say sorry that happened. And we didn’t warn you of elevator priblems

Great Location! Clean!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and very nice. My only complaints are with the management company but I knew what to expect based on other reviews. I stayed on top of communication with them which was important. The unit now has a keyless entry. It was put in about a month ago. So no need to check in at the realty office. Much of the communication indicated that it was keyed, even till right before the trip. I received communication that I would need to check in at the office instead of the condo a week before our trip. I called and that was not the case as they had already confirmed a few weeks earlier that it was now keyless. Many of the emails are automatic and they haven’t updated wording that this unit is now keyless. I did have to give them my drivers license twice. I feel like check in would not have gone smoothly had I not been on top of it making sure they had what they needed. The company was always friendly and mentioned they were going to be changing to a new system soon. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would stay here again!

Good and Bad

Location is great but I do have a few suggestions. Check in and out... Shouldnt have to travel to additional property to pickup keys for check in. Additionally, shouldn't have to travel back to the same property to check out. Waste of my time and that shouldn't be the case here. One roll of provided toilet paper is not enough for a condo that sleeps 8 people. At a minimum, it should be four rolls as a starter. Shower knob was not functional on arrival. I had to fix it for shower to be usable. Other than these things, place is in good location and has really good amenities. I would come back to this place but not rent from the realtor group again.

Absolutely beautiful!

Loved the condo and location. The decor and setup of the condo was wonderful. The beds were super firm which made for uncomfortable nights. Also do not enjoy the check-in process. You have to go off site to pick-up and drop off keys.

Great place and location.

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The only problems we had was that the refrigerator door hinge was broken so door did not close very well (this problem has been in the reviews in the past) and shower faucet in Master Bath is loose and hard to turn on and off. I left the rental management know about these two problems when we arrived but never heard from them the week we stayed to get these fixed.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a quick getaway for Thanksgiving. The property was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The televisions were nice and big and had enough channels. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed having the coffee bar. The facilities were nice. The outdoor pool was shut down for maintenance, but it was too cold to swim anyway. The unit needs some slight maintenance, but there was nothing that made our stay bad. I would stay here again.
