Welcome to your ideal vacation retreat at Bella Piazza Resort â a Mediterranean-inspired community located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is fully furnished and designed for comfort, making it perfect for families, friends, or long-term stays.
The unit features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation. For families, a baby crib (Pack ân Play) and high chair are conveniently stored in the closet.
This is not a gated community, and parking is available anywhere on the premisesâno registration with the HOA is required. Trash can be disposed of at any time in the parking lot dumpsters. Security cameras are installed throughout the community, and a nighttime security team is on duty daily to ensure peace of mind.
Guests don't have access to the clubhouse and pools.
Bella Piazza is within walking distance to Publix supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a medical clinic. Itâs also a short drive to major theme parks, golf courses, and shopping outlets.
