Newly Furnished, new larger 65" TV and new patio furniture April 2026! Freshly painted 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor condo is in one of the best locations in the resort community of Bella Piazza. Private balcony overlooking the main pool and clubhouse. Sleeps 4. We have completely redone this condo with brand new furnishings and comfortable mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen as well! Bella Piazza is a luxury resort community with 2 large pools, kiddie pool, clubhouse and fitness center. 10 miles to Disney World and 22 miles to Universal Studios.

Perfect place to stay in Orlando area

Everything was just as advertised. The owners of the property are very responsive and easy to deal with. We will stay here again when we come back.

Great Experience (All Around)

We were looking for a place to stay 2 days prior to our arrival due to a VRBO glitch with our original reservation. We found this place & it was very comfortable with great communication from the hosts.

Good place to stay

All the amenities were good. Would have been nice to have a small welcome basket with starter Keurig coffee and some snacks. Excellent communication from the owners! Great pool!

Quiet stay close to everything!

The home was comfy and clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Shower and tub were nice. Pool was good to relax by and swim in. Couch was comfy. Patio was nice for morning coffee and reading. Would definitely stay again!

Checkin was seamless and parking convenient to the condo. There was both elevator and stairs close by. The location to the pool was nice. The property needs some updating as paint peeling on the railing and the patio cushions need replacing. The kitchen was lacking some essential elements including oven mitts and only one dish towel. If you are not preparing meals, then everything else was fine.

Unfortunately the paint peeling on the railings outside can’t be done by property owners. The issue has been brought up to the HOA but we have to wait for them to paint. The cushions are replaced once a year. They do get sun damage. We do this in the spring every year. Of course we have oven mitts and kitchen towels. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook.

Quick trip

The condo was just as described and pictured. Very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking pool. Perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Easy drive to the parks. Publix and restaurants right arpund the corner. I would definitely stay again.

Overall my stay was great. Communication with the host was really good. I had some concerns on arrival that were addressed within 24 hrs, which was very much appreciated. The space itself is very nice and very comfortable. The full kitchen has all the needed items and basic kitchen food starters (cooking oils and basic seasonings) which was very much appreciated. For any other needs there is a grocery store one block away and a dollar store about a 5 min drive away. The patio was a nice option for a moment outside. Connection to the Wi-Fi was very easy and fast, I had no issues working from there. The unit is located on the second floor, but there is an elevator is if needed for access. The complex is very quiet. Even with people in the pool, it wasn't an issue. There is a resort next door that did have some pool parties, but they were done by 10:30 and it was only on Friday and Saturday that I heard them. I did hear the neighbors upstairs a couple of times but that is as to be expected. Parking was never and issues and easy access to the dumpsters. Overall it was a comfortable and safe place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood. Unit just as described in listing. Pool area close to unit. Not far from Disney/Universal attractions. Heavy traffic in some areas due to this. Plan accordingly. Owners very quick to respond to messages.

Ideal for small families!

A time was had here for sure! From the very start our host made us feel at easy with the way they stayed in contact and provided us with all that we needed. Once there the property was nice, quiet and well kept. The condo itself is just as pictured. Perfect home away from home feel. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a Publics supermarket. Disney was within a close distance, there is no getting around the traffic in some areas but this property provides a nice drive through surrounding neighborhoods to give you a more pleasurable drive.10 out of 10!!! Already planning our return for next year.
