Welcome to a beautiful getaway in downtown Chattanooga!
We carefully designed the interior of this home in a modern Scandinavian / mid-century modern style to give an airy, open feeling. The property includes 10' ceilings throughout with a double height living room overlooked by the dining area for an open, airy feeling. The double height windows in the living space overlook the Chattanooga river walk, track and field green space of Chattanooga Christian Academy, as well Lookout mountain.
The bedrooms were thoughtfully designed with wood accent walls, custom headboards, and built in sconces and outlets next to comfortable king beds. Each bedroom also includes a smart tv perfect for getting cozy in bed and privately watching a movie after a day of exploring the city.
The property also offers a spacious 2-car garage fitting most vehicles, as well as an additional spot directly in front of the garage and parking spaces on the road.

I grew up in Eau Claire, WI, which, in case you didnât know, is incredibly COLD. After living through a February where the temperature failed to rise above 0 degrees (F), I bought a convertible and moved to the hottest metro in the country - Phoenix, AZ - where I met my incredible wife. Being that we wanted to start a family, we made our way back east and settled in just outside of Chattanooga TN.
Iâve spent most of my professional life in the online marketing world as a developer, manager, and operations man.
My wife and I decided to purchase a property in downtown Chattanooga to AirBNB as (1) we wanted a spot to stay when we went out downtown and (2) all our friends say we are the BEST hosts⊠to the point where they take vacations at OUR house. So, we thought weâd take a shot at being âprofessionalâ hosts. :)

Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This neighborhood, while still in development, is amazing due to all of the brand new developments surrounding it. There is a luxury apartment building in the center with private roads surrounding and plenty of parking! Within walking distance are staples such as Publix, gas stations, and fast food restaurants. It is also a short few minute drive or uber to the amazing downtown restaurants.

We decided on a Scandinavian / mid century modern type aesthetic that keep a stylish, yet light and airy feel throughout the home. This is the perfect compliment to the properties existing elements such as the large double-height windows in the living room and natural light throughout the home. It also boasts a large 2-car garage, which is a rare find in the downtown area!
