Full Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups & utensils.

Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent provided.

Room #1: Master bedroom – King bed
Room #2: Queen bed.
Room #3: 2 double beds.
Room #4: Queen bed
Room #5: Twin bed

First Living Room: Open-concept, connected to the kitchen with a view of the pool and backyard.

Second Living Room: Cozy space perfect for family and friends to relax and hang out, a foosball table and arcade game for your entertainment.

PARKING:
2-car garage + driveway parking for up to 2 cars.

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer on-site.

Guest has access to the whole house except the supplies closet

Other things to note
- There is a pet fee, $35 per pet per night (flat rates depending on number of pets and nights)
- There is early check in fee and late check out fees

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
