Explore nearby favorites like the Mickelson Trail, Trail #5, and the rim-rock walls and waterfalls of Spearfish Canyon, all within 5â10 minutes. Terry Peak skiing is just 10 minutes away, and historic Deadwoodâwith casino fun and diningâis a quick 10â15-minute drive with available taxi service. Iconic attractions like Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, and the Needles Highway are all within an hour.

As a veteran and cattle rancher, I bring a strong sense of commitment and a deep appreciation for nature. Julie, with her innate sense of warmth and hospitality, adds an extra touch of coziness to our haven. We met in college, fell head over heels in love, and built a wonderful life together. Our two sons are growing up way too fast, which makes us cherish every moment and every opportunity to share our love for this incredible area.
