2 fully renovated flats 1 block from the beach! Plus, community HOT TUB available for use. 2 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 5 people each for a total of 20 people. Walk to Lake Michigan in 4 minutes and down the pier to the lighthouse in 12. Enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. The building has 1 lower unit and 1 upper unit in the 2-unit building, right on Ludington Ave - watch the holiday parades right out front!
Beautifully remodeled space within walking distance to the beach! Each kitchen has all new appliances and coffee maker. Living areas have new furniture and bathrooms have new fixtures. There's a sitting area right outside your door to watch the activity on Ludington Ave in addition to a shared deck area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunkbeds, so while it can sleep up to 20, please know that it would be tight quarters if you max out the occupancy.
