Unité 2117 est un magnifique condo et a récemment été mis à jour avec flambant neuf, beau carrelage partout, décoration de bon goût et de tous les nouveaux matelas pour couronner le tout! Cette unité a océan incroyable et vue sur la piscine dans laquelle vous pouvez voir à partir de la chambre principale, salon et cuisine à travers la grande porte, des fenêtres du sol au plafond / patio supplémentaire. Vous pouvez également profiter de ces vues sur le golfe depuis le grand balcon supplémentaire juste à côté de la salle de séjour. Il est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et lire. Cette unité est proche de la structure de stationnement ci-joint pour votre commodité. Certains des équipements que vous trouverez sont wifi gratuit, les joueurs plat TV écran et DVD dans chaque chambre, un mobilier de qualité et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Ce complexe est le meilleur sur la plage et est parfaitement situé. Profitez de l'espace piscine de style lagon 14.000 pieds carrés avec une piscine de rivière, un grand bain à remous, cascades, fontaines, des chaises longues, un bar tiki et grill parmi beaucoup plus. Pour les jours plus frais, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine intérieure chauffée et bain à remous. La meilleure partie de tout ~ la plage se trouve à seulement quelques pas loin! La grande façade de plage supplémentaire avec sucre comme le sable par les rives du Panama est un véritable paradis !!!

Very happy with the condo

The condo was awesome with a great view! We had a great time while we were there! While there, we had some unfortunate circumstances and the owners and manager were very understanding and worked with us. If we ever go back to Panama City, we would definitely book with them again!

Quite Nice

A very nice location, overall. Negatives were waiting for elevators and a very big parking garage that takes a while to navigate. But beautiful setting with the pool and beach area, so worth the effort. Kids liked the walk up snack bar and grown-ups enjoyed the walk up bar in the pool area.

Hopefully you were able to take advantage of a quicker way up to your condo. I would have to say my favorite parts of that resort are the gorgeous ocean views and inviting pool area as well. Great Fall Break

We had a great time!! Pics are exactly what you will see. Loved the location. Super comfy bed!!! Only tip I would give the owner is to add some dressers - there is nowhere to unpack folded clothes (but plenty of closet space). Also, night lights in the bathroom would be great- it was pitch black in the middle of the night. Other than that, we would head back in a minute!

Elevators are terrible. Our unit was outdated other than kitchen

This is the 3rd chance for shores of Panama Due to elevators and outdated unit we will not book here again

I am so sorry that you have had issues with the elevators within the resort. There are 6 elevators at the Shores. My best suggestions would be to either try a different set of elevators within the resort or try a lower unit if you decide to come back for another visit. I have been told that most resorts on the strip struggle with busy elevators during some of the busier times of the year. Please keep my number and website as I have a few updated units on lower floors and in other resorts. The unit you stayed in has a new owner who recently fully painted the condo (walls and woodwork), installed beautiful new flooring and did some redecorating as well. There will also be new furniture in the near future. I'm so sorry the décor wasn't your taste. The photos online were brand new in order to show our guests exactly what they are renting for their vacation destination! Please let me know if I can help you any further in the future! Not to clean,says recently remodeled or updated not true lol,21st floor parking spot on 10th elevates sucked had to wait at least 30 mins most of time just to ride it had to use steps most if our stay so that limited our outings I will never be back

Jack and Heather - I am very sorry for your dis-satisfaction. I had absolutely no idea that you felt this way during your stay. My guests generally know and feel very comfortable reaching out to me when they need something. I take great pride in caring for my guests and their needs. If I had known your unit was not cleaned to your satisfaction, I would have most definitely sent my cleaner back to rectify what was not cleaned properly. The unit looks exactly how it was advertised in my photos. Every year, we either add new furniture or paint as needed. I am very sorry to hear about the elevator situation while you were visiting. This I could not control. My guess is that they were down for maintenance reasons. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience. If you change your mind and wish to return in the future, I would be happy to suggest a lower unit, more to your liking, at a discounted rate to make up for your unhappiness during your stay. I feel terrible and truly wish you would have called me so I could've helped you. I'm very approachable and easy to work with! Perfect property manager

This condo was amazing and as listed! Nicholle, the property manager was attentive and very easy to communicate with. Totally out of her control was the amount of traffic in the parking garage and the elevator wait. When you stay at a large condo resort like Shores of Panama, expect wait times. The pool was beautiful albeit a bit crowded for our liking. One suggestion would be to maybe have a roomba like vacuum to sweep up the inevitable sand that gets into the unit. The stay was perfect! Nicholle is the best!

The property manager that we rented from for the week was amazing and helpful. I will never stay at this location again. Zero hospitality, Zero parking, One Elevator and Most of the time it would not work. When staying on the 21st floor you HAD to take the elevator so getting to the beach, pool, and events at night were EXHAUSTING. Plan ahead hours in advance to wait at elevator and to get out the garage. NEVER AGAIN! Place needs updating!!!

INSIDE CONDO WAS AMAZING!!! Outside…not so much

The ELEVATORS at this place!!! Hell on Earth. There are not enough working elevators for the amount of people who live/stay/work there! It’s ridiculous. Plan on camping out and having a picnic while you wait, while you ride, while you watch everyone else there lose their sh*t for this reason! This was the 2nd time I stayed at this resort…and decided to give them one more try. Condo is great! Property owner/management is wonderful, helpful, responsive. It’s the elevators!!

The stay was quiet, as expected bc I’ve stayed at the Shores of Panama in the past. I was disappointed to find crumbs under small kitchen appliances, dirty utensils in the kitchen drawer and a not fully clean toilet. The washer smells moldy, I had to re-wash all clothing when I returned home bc it smelled like the washer. The unit was fair, but could’ve been better with a little more TLC. I travel a lot and the quality of a place and what it has to offer means a lot.

Condo unit was good. Pool was good. Beach was good. The street out front was very loud all night long. Sounded like cars were racing. 2 nights at about 11pm kids (young teens and some adults) were on the balconies shouting, chanting, and rattling something against the metal railing. Sounded like a jail riot that you see on movies! Parking is awful if you have an oversized vehicle. Be sure and ask height restrictions. Some SUV’s with the storage things on top were even too tall. Checking in, if you have never been there was very confusing. No signage to elevators at all. Elevators were slow so get ready to wait. I won’t be back. Was not restful.

I sincerely wish you had reached out to me regarding your questions and concerns within the resort (noise and direction). I am certain I could've helped you with some of your frustrations. That's what I am here for - I enjoy helping my guests very much. I try to keep my guests informed by emailing out an information sheet prior to arrival. This sheet contains the guest's private door code and instructions as to what floor the condo and parking are on. The resort packet (wristbands and parking pass) should also be waiting in the unit for arrival. Although I am disappointed that you didn’t have a restful visit, I greatly appreciate your feedback. I will definitely look over our instructions sheet carefully to see if there is anything we can do to make improvements. We would love to have you back for another visit. Worst place ever

This place should never be listed for family vacations. All that’s there is young kids drinking and smoking pot. Not to mention doing their level best to make the most noise as possible. We literally saw a dad ram two young college students for running over his child at the beach. The trash at the end of the day on the beach is deplorable. We didn’t have enough wrist bands and they wanted to charge us $100 each which we refused to do. We come to Panama 3-4 times a year and this was the most unsatisfying trip ever. Beyond ready to just be home. We will never use this condo nor this end of Front Beach Road again. At this point we will probably just go back to Destin or Navarre. Shores of Panama was straight trash. And a complete waste of my money. And I will not hesitate to tell anyone and everyone about it. I’ve already went on their site and posted a horrible review.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Love staying here, was very relaxing. View was wonderful. Elevators where not a problem, if the main ones were busy just a short walk to the other elevators and they were not busy. Tiki Bar by pool jerk chicken was fantastic. Pineapple Willys right next door a huge plus, and The wharf buffet right across the street. Area is great you don't really need to leave property just enjoy beach and relax. Instacart will delivery groceries right to your door, so very easy for dining in to a home made meal. I would 100% stay here again.
