July Weekend Getaway

We had a good time. Everything was nice. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was the floors weren’t clean. There was sand and dust. I tried to sweep up but there was no dust pan.

The room was wonderful and had great views. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond when emailing him. Other than the managing to maneuver the parking garage and wait time on the elevators, this was an awesome place to stay.

Good location with nice view

Perfect size condo for our family of 3. Owner communicated before arriving about any possible issues and corrected them. Elevators a little overwhelming with wait times, but overall good. Giant pool was perfect to relax in after long days on beach. Overall great experience!!

Good Deal

Love it, loved the price. I had a great time the place was clean all that was needed was there. We spent most of our time at the beach and at the pool. I didn't mine parking and elevator issues . For the price it is what it is.

My stay

I had to leave on Saturday early morning due to a family emergency. So I only stayed one night. The condo is nice but the place next to the elevator makes it VERY difficult to rest with all the noise outside. There is nothing you can do about that. The condo was nice.

Perfect for small family vacation

The Beaches in Panama City Beach are always great, the sand bar at this spot is easy accessible at low tide and makes it fun for the kids to Boogy Board. The elevators had some issues while we were there but that didn't seem to be a normal thing. Some days they were super fast other days you had to wait 20 minutes to catch a ride. The wifi was very unreliable, I had a couple zoom meetings I had to take on my phone off site. The property owner said to reset the router which I did and the wifi would work for 5 minutes and then go back out. The cell service is also very weak so if your needing internet make sure its been addressed.

This privately owned condo was absolutely amazing! Stunning views and exciting location. Owner quick to respond to communications and questions. Condo was clean and so comfortable for my family, from the furniture to the beds, well stocked with extra pillows and linens. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, etc, even an ice maker!! Little tip, get extra toilet tissue and trash bags if you'll need them, did not see extra of those. Now, things to be considerate of.....the resort itself is very big and busy, elevator by condo room wasn't too bad as far as waiting, sometimes would take a bit but not horrible, the parking is nerve racking, it is very windy and tight around, very challenging for larger vehicles, it did take us 30 minutes to get out on a busy evening, be very mindful of big vehicles coming around the corners. Also, kids like to party on the beach at night, they dont bother anyone, just having fun and get a little rowdy but the police keep it under control, but once inside the condo is very sound proof, it's a very entertaining and exciting spot with 24/7 security at pool gate to beach with access in and out all night. We were very happy overall and very much enjoyed our trip.

Vacation

The condo itself was great. We really enjoyed our stay and it is Highly recommended. The only issue that we had was the parking. Having to drive up 12 floors and the elevators were horrible the day that we got there having to wait way too long. Overall our vacation was worth it.

Impeccable Views

Beautiful condo. The bed was super comfortable. It was clean with ample towels and space. The balcony is large and allows you to catch the breathtaking sunsets. The sounds of the waves crashing kept us so relaxed. The owner of the condo was great with communication. They've got a permanent customer out of my family and I.

Our last minute stay

Albert was excellent at communicating with me and allowing us to book a last minute trip. The condo was perfect, the property was well kept, clean and very nice. The pool is huge. It’s perfect for all aged children. The view from the condo is beautiful.
