Notre Dame stadium and campus is 5-minute drive, 15 minutes to golf courses and the Potawatomi Zoo, 20 minutes to Four Winds Casino and the South Bend Airport, and 30 minutes to Shipshewana Amish country.

Fully Air Conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Sleeps up to 9 people (2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a lower level futon). The king and queen beds have luxurious 1000 thread Egyptian Cotton linens and 14 inch mattresses.

2 Bathrooms - Main bedroom En Suite with shower and guest bathroom with double sink and tub/shower. All are equipped with soothing amenities like plush towels and premium shampoo, conditioner as well as body wash. These luxurious amenities will leave you feeling like royalty.

We have a great professional housekeeping service. They work hard and do not cut corners. You will arrive to a home that is sparkling clean, well organized, and ready for you to enjoy.

Just a few things we provide in our rental that no other rentals do:
1. New towels every 6 months.
2. New bed linens every 6 months.
3. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, Q-tips, hand lotion, Kleenex, body lotion, make-up remover wipes, a hair dryer, and toilet paper.
4. We supply paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.

Whether you're gathering with friends or relaxing with family, you'll feel right at home. This residence is used exclusively as a vacation rental—no one lives here full-time—so every detail is intentionally designed with your stay in mind.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the finished lower level, backyard, patio, and driveway. The garage and lower level storage area in the basement are not available for guest use.

Other things to note about this rental:
- 2-night minimum stay required
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM
- No pets or parties allowed
