Fenced in backyard with outdoor dining for eight, firepit and gas grill. Transportation to and from the game as well as grocery pick up available upon request for additional fee.

Great home, great location and no detail was missed

The property was even better than expected. The home was impeccably clean. The property owner definitely put a lot of thought into preparing the home for guests. The location was excellent and allowed us to walk to campus. The neighborhood was very safe. Great experience.

"Cute house"

My wife and daughter's first impression: "this house is so cute!" And they were right, it was clean, well appointed, and easy to find. It was just the right distance from ND, close enough to walk in 20-30 minutes, but far enough to be away from any late night party crowds. We would definitely consider booking again, as there was plenty of room for our family of 5, with space for a couple friends next time. Thanks!

Graduation Weekend

If you are thinking of booking this house, DO IT! This is hands down the best vacation rental experience EVER! The home is clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with loads of charm and an adorable backyard. The location was perfect as we were very near ND (we did drive, but I think it would be easy to walk). We had a group of 5 people and used all 4 bedrooms. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we could possibly need. All of these things would absolutely make me want to revisit/rebook this home for a ND visit....but it gets even better. The owner is absolutely WONDERFUL! She was communicative, kind, sincere and helpful. We had a unique situation where we actually hosted a small gathering (with her approval). We had no time to prepare and, without our asking, Katy volunteered to help! She went above and beyond. Somehow she made us feel like we were VIP houseguests and not renters. I highly, highly recommend Katy's home. You will be so happy with this place!

I work at Notre Dame and this neighborhood allows me to walk to work. It’s centrally located in South Bend, has so much charm, and the best neighbors in town!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When I rent a place with family and friends, I have found it’s hard to locate a property with enough cozy seating and gathering space. I intentionally designed this space with that in mind. The first floor has enough dining and seating for a group to relax and enjoy each other. The basement offers a large couch, recliners, daybed, and dining space which makes it the perfect place to watch the tv, movies, play games and visit.
