Cette maison spacieuse est le cadre idĂ©al pour votre journĂ©e de jeu ou votre week-end de remise des diplĂŽmes, offrant beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille ou un groupe de fans. ÉtĂ© 2015 complĂštement refait avec tout mis Ă  jour; plancher de bois franc partout, nouvelles salles de bains avec de belles tuiles, magnifique vestiaire fonctionnel qui entre dans la cuisine moderne avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une immense Ăźle pour se rassembler. Il y a 4 chambres Ă  coucher, 2. 5 salles de bain avec concept Ă  aire ouverte cuisine / salle Ă  manger / salle familiale qui donne sur un beau patio avec vue sur la nature Ă  son meilleur. Un grand salon avec une deuxiĂšme cheminĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e permet de se rassembler pour jouer aux cartes / jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© ou tout simplement se calmer. Une expĂ©rience de week-end sans pareil car il se trouve sur 1,5 acres avec une crique. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs vos activitĂ©s quotidiennes. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour courir, lancer un ballon de football ou profiter d'un feu en soirĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur! 30 minutes de marche Ă  travers le campus jusqu'aux portes du stade! (ou 8 minutes Ă  pied de la navette White Lot qui transporte la bibliothĂšque Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied des portes du stade). IdĂ©al pour les familles avec berceau disponible et tout article bĂ©bĂ© nĂ©cessaire sur demande. Dort confortablement 8 avec la capacitĂ© de dormir 4 autres si demande matelas pneumatique. 1 lit king et 3 lits queen dans leurs propres chambres. Pas plus de 20 personnes Ă  / dans la maison Ă  la fois s'il vous plaĂźt. Tous les draps fournis ainsi que les nĂ©cessitĂ©s de la cuisine.

This property is well appointed and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The space is perfect for family gatherings with great indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize. The bedrooms are very comfortable as well. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Best Notre Dame Weekend House

We love this house! We found this gem on VRBO my son’s freshman year and booked for a football game. I think we’ve seen it at least once every year since then and just used it for graduation! This is the perfect house for a fun relaxing weekend with a group. It has an awesome yard with a relaxing party layout. Grills, loungers, ect! The yard is huge! This property is also close to the campus. We have walked to games many of times and it saves a ton of headache with parking! Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Four bedrooms and all spacious and the bathrooms are nice with everything you would need! The decor and layout of this home make it special! All Notre Dame and a fun split level that gives everyone thier space and place to watch all the sports!

Excellent home for an ND football weekend

We had a wonderful time at Nate and Mandy’s place. It was very clean, looked as expected in the listing, and plenty of space for our entire group. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and the hosts were very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay (beds, towels, tailgate equipment, permits to get back to the house post-game). Definitely hope to stay here again, thank you for having us!

A group of 8 spent the weekend here for a Notre Dame football game. Mandy and Nate were terrific hosts and communicated well with us throughout our stay. This home is very close to the ND campus—ideal for those in town to watch a game. Our group had plenty of room to socialize, grill, and relax while there. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Great house for a wedding weekend.

Fabulous property! This home is walking distance to campus and has every amenity you could want for a fun day of tailgating! Tons of space for your entire crew and a park like backyard to enjoy burgers on the grill! Homeowners are very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection location and responsive owners!

This home is perfectly located within walking distance to Notre Dame campus! They have supplied everything you need for an awesome campus tailgate! ND/OSU football weekend

Great property for ND football weekend. We were in town for the ND/Ohio State game. This property is perfect for groups that have children/teens. Great backyard with plenty of room to play. We will certainly stay here again on a ND football weekend!

Perfect home for a Notre Dame Football weekend

We were a group of eleven, including a baby. The house layout was great with lots of common space and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and Mandy paid attention to every detail. She even provided two pack snd plays, high chairs snd even toys for the baby. The big screen TVs were great with YouTube TV, Apple TV and other apps. I really can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect. We will be back!!

Amazing ND football weekend

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect for our group of adults, and Nate and Mandy were thoughtful, generous, and lovely hosts! We loved hanging out in the backyard and cooking out on the patio. I wouldn’t change a thing and I definitely hope to be back for another epic ND football weekend soon!

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We had a great time celebrating our 2020 ND graduate a couple years late! Mandy and Nate were so accommodating when planning our trip. The property is beautiful and scenic. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this house to friends.

Perfect for our group

We came to South Bend for a wedding and stayed at Nate and Mandy’s home. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults. They were prompt and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Their house was the perfect place to catch up with family and friends as we went back and forth for the wedding activities in and around Notre Dame campus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their home for anyone else.

Beautiful home close to ND

Our group of 10 stayed here for the Navy game last weekend and we could not have had a better stay. Communication with Nate was quick & easy and the home is clean & beautiful. Upon arrival we were welcomed with specialty ND cookies (nice touch!) Very spacious and perfect for family & friends to gather We didn't have time to use the fire pit out back, but hopefully next time. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Great hosts!

Mandy and Nate were the best! From gourmet cupcakes to a fully stocked beer fridge, they made our stay very special. Due to a huge storm we lost power and they were very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely recommend staying here for your ND weekend.

Highly recommend this place for groups or families!

We had a group of 4 couples come in for a wedding. The property was amazing and we really enjoyed staying. The house, bedrooms, family room and kitchen were really great and the backyard was this amazing bonus where we could hang out, grill and toss a football around. The owner was great about communicating beforehand and emailed us during our stay to make sure we had no issues. All in all, everyone was very happy with the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Place

We were here for a sisters weekend with a cookout on Saturday afternoon for the rest of the family who wanted to make the drive. So, Dad, all siblings (sans youngest brother) and some nephews and mates made for a great time!! We loved the setup. We all sat outside (very comfy patio seating) until dinner was grilled, when we all moved indoors to feast and eat. I should've take a picture of the huge island that held the food, it was an assembly line. Then we ALL sat down at 1 table and ate and talked for a couple hours, with some additional late arrivals. Then, all us girls had our own rooms, and there was a living room, den and the patio and yard with more spaces to retreat. Which we did as well for some personal time. I took the dog for a walk down the lovely street. Love the houses, beautiful!!

The property itself is amazing. Large backyard with shallow flowing Juday Creek running through the middle of property that will allow our children a great place to explore and learn all about nature. It's a unique open layout that maximizes the scenery with the large ample windows. Location to ND is ideal for both walking, running and driving.
