Cette charmante chambre au deuxième étage comprend une grande terrasse couverte dans le salon, une salle de bains et une chambre rénovées. Le salon, qui comprend un canapé-lit, est proche de la cuisine et des salles à manger.
Cette belle propriété est également proche de la piscine et parking privé assigné. Les condominiums de Shipyard sont situés dans le Truman Annex Complex qui se trouve à 2 pâtés de maisons de la rue Duval et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville de Key West. Les propriét��s sont également situées à 1/4 mile de l'une des meilleures plages de l'île. Les unités du chantier naval sont des condominiums à un niveau qui ont des cours privées au premier niveau ou des balcons au deuxième niveau. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described; clean (except sofa bed was either dirty or so worn out it looked dirty and very uncomfortable to sit on); bedroom bed was very comfortable; no hooks in bathroom to hang towels and such; not too far from pool; walked everywhere from this location; staff at Compass was very helpful and prompt (trouble with lock and the key resolved quickly); it is small so perfect for me but 4 people would sure be cozy; I would stay there again!

Second Time's a Charm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second visit to Annie's Hideaway and it did not disappoint. Close to all the attractions we are interested in. The unit is well equipped with the essentials such as beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer and a well supplied kitchen...but we prefer to eat out. This unit fits the bill of our needs and we surely will rent again. All in all, just a great experience staying here.

Proximity to attractions is unbeatable as everything is within walking distance. Definitely considering a return visit.Only negative was space to park bikes. Many spaces filed with what appear to be abandoned bikes!

The property was well maintained and central in location to all of the activities we had planned for our vacation. We were able to walk or ride bikes to all locations. Compass Reality Staff members were helpful and easy to work with. Very lovely stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in the Truman Annex four years ago and of course it was about half the price (sadly everything has increased in price), in another unit. This last one was dated and needed extra care such as the windows being filthy and the screens plugged with dirt. The bathroom could use glazing in the tub and a new sink. Overall the whole experience was great with best location nice pool and safe grounds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Annie’s is located in a very good spot just off of Duval. Easy to walk to many locations. Condo was very well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the covered deck each morning. Bedroom was tight but very doable. Stairs getting into condo could be challenging for a person with physical limitations. We’d rent again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the positives: The Truman Annex is an excellent location to stay in Key West. We were able to walk to the restaurants, music spots and the Ft Zachery Beach. Also very close to the Hemingway House and the Lighthouse. Annie’s Hideaway is very small but very clean and had enough space for 2 people. The negative: The bed has a pillow topper which loses its appeal after a few days and we were there for 2 weeks. My biggest complaint is management does not provide basic toiletries for a 2 week stay. All we expect is toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap( this unit does not have a dishwasher). Management told me they only provide enough basics for a few days. We stay at rental units quite often throughout the year and they are always well stocked. This is not how it’s typically done. I will stay at Truman Annex again but will look into a different rental company.

Great location

This is our second stay at Shipyard. It is a perfect location. Did not rent a car this time and just rented bikes from We Cycle (close by). Other than the need to pick up keys at a separate location it was great.

Super Location

Very near Duval Street. Near the sights. We rode bicycles every where. We loved the condo, it was very clean and well appointed. The AC was very cool and plenty of hot water and bath towels. They even had beach towels. No noise was heard from outside. Bed was super.
