Lovely apartment in a nice apartment complex, so close to medical center and labs. I stayed all summer. The host is very communicative, if anything comes up. Had a terrific time. Thanks!

I have stayed at this apartment over four times in the past year and it is one of the places I look for when I am looking to get away. It is always booked so if you happen to see it available grab it it will be gone within moments I assure you I really like the location and that’s it just positive all good stuff.

The property was clean and the pictures are exactly what you get inside. The owner is very quick to respond. We felt as if the location provided us easy access to all the things we had on our to-do list while in town. I would stay there again. Thank you for an easy check in/out process and for a cozy property to call home for a few days.

Terrible, the place wasn’t clean at all. Hair all over the place. The pictures make it seem like a semi luxury or renovated apartment but it’s an old run down apartment. Lighting is poor, roaches dead all over the apartment unit. I had a roach fall from my towel I was hanging to dry in the bathroom. There was hair literally all over the floor & to make it worse all over the bathroom. It’s literally disgusting. The owner of the unit knew the unit wasn’t clean prior to me moving in but had plenty of time to actually clean it before i checked in. Stay away, i literally slept on top of sheets I bought because I didn’t trust sleeping with the sheets that were on the bed due to all the disgusting hair. So glad my stay is over. It was horrendous. Paid 1500 for that garbage experience…. Save your money and go somewhere that actually takes pride in the people they host & the space

I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. We take the cleanliness and condition of our apartments very seriously.Prior to your arrival, the apartment had been occupied for an extended period, and unfortunately the turnover and cleaning process did not meet the standard we expect. I was also in the process of transitioning between cleaning teams at the time, which unfortunately affected the turnover of the apartment. I do appreciate that you brought your concerns to my attention during your stay. Unfortunately, by the time I was made aware of the full extent of the situation, the experience had already been impacted. Had I known the condition was as you described from the beginning, I would have immediately arranged for additional cleaning and replaced anything that needed to be replaced. I have since taken steps to address the cleaning process and ensure we have a more consistent standard moving forward. I sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the level of care we strive to provide. As a small host, reviews have a significant impact on our listing and our ability to continue hosting guests. I truly wish we had been able to provide you with the experience you expected and that this situation had occurred during a transition period that ultimately affected your stay.

The owner needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the unit. It needs a good deep cleaning and the appliances need to be cleaned better. We seen roaches while we were there and if you want to sleep then dont stay here. The neighbors were very noisy up until 1am with dogs and children running through the unit upstairs. Couch was very uncomfortable also.

If your standards for traveling is a motel 6 then this is probably fine for you. My standards are a bit higher (not resort high though). The apartment complex does not appear to be well maintained at all, looks run down. The apartment itself had cobwebs on the ceiling upon entering, very dusty, and a clump of hair in the bathroom. The host insisted it had been professionally cleaned, the dust and cobwebs would have been a build up over time. I did not end up staying and took a loss for the payment. I did not get pictures as I was so tired from traveling all day and overwhelmed with what I was going to do, wish I would have.I genuinely do not understand the high ratings and comments of cleanliness, I guess it depends on your standards.

Wasn’t fantastic. The amount of dead bugs and roaches around the house was gross. The doorknob to the bedroom broke, which led to my daughter and I being locked in the bedroom. We had to have someone crawl through the window to take the doorknob off to get out. (The front door was double bolted so no way for anyone into the apartment). The area was okay, no issues there.

Host was attentive and apologetic via messaging. However, there was nothing the host could do about the thin walls, large dog and foot stomping neighbor upstairs, screaming child next door, loud trucks starting in the morning, german roaches everywhere, and no housekeeping which i am sure is contracted remotely. I mostly used the unit for a quick shower and little else. i slept in my car and removed my belongings after the first night to not carry "hitchhikers" home. i sent several pictures and videos of live roaches. Even a partial refund was never offered. Alas, you get what you pay for.
