The Mariner House is a custom, freshly renovated 4-bed, 3-bath home in the gated Palm Harbor community of Orange Beach. With over 2,500 sq ft, it’s designed for island living and offers prime amenities, including deeded beach access, a deeded boat slip, and a community pool.
Community amenities include a community boat dock on Cotton Bayou, an outdoor pool, a clubhouse with outdoor restrooms, tennis courts, deeded beach access, and a designated boat slip in the back of the neighborhood. There is no boat launch in the neighborhood, but there are several close to the neighborhood. The house is located a quick walk from the marina where the boat slip is located. Fishing is permitted with a valid Alabama fishing license. Trailer Parking is NOT INCLUDED. Sea South Properties assumes no responsibility for the availability, location, or security of trailer parking.

Your stay includes a "starter pack" of essentials listed below, but you’ll need to bring additional supplies for the rest of your stay: •Linens and towels are provided; you do not need to bring your own. •One starter roll of paper towels and one toilet paper roll per bathroom. •One dish pod, one laundry detergent and one trash bag ***Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay.***
