Installé le long de la magnifique Wolf Bay à Orange Beach, en Alabama, vous trouverez Bay View 20. Bay View est un petit complexe calme qui est parfait pour le pêcheur passionné ou une famille qui aime passer du temps ensemble sur leur bateau. Vous aurez accès à des bordereaux de premier arrivé, premier servi, à une rampe de mise à l'eau et à un parking pour caravanes, autant de commodités rares dans la région. Pour couronner le tout, Bay View a une jetée incroyable pour pêcher ou se détendre et profiter du soleil du sud de l'Alabama! Vous pouvez également passer un après-midi au bord de la belle piscine en famille!



Wolf Bay n'est pas le seul plan d'eau dont vous êtes proche, vous n'êtes qu'à cinq minutes en voiture des belles plages de sable blanc pour lesquelles l'Alabama est si célèbre. La nourriture et les divertissements sont également à portée de main avec The Wharf à moins de 5 km et le nouveau parc d'attractions et magasins OWA à moins de 16 km du complexe. De l'autre côt�� de la rue, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, dont un autre Broken Egg Cafe, le Doc's Seafood, le pub irlandais O'Choppers, Lunas et Cozmos. Gulf Coast Paddle Company est également de l'autre côté de la rue où vous pouvez louer des kayaks et des planches à pagaie.



Cette unité est de premier ordre et la fierté et le soin des propriétaires transparaissent à partir du moment où vous franchissez la porte. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez deux chambres et deux salles de bains. La chambre principale offre un lit king et une salle de bain en suite, parfaite pour se détendre et avoir son propre coin de paradis. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits doubles. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit pour accueillir vos invités supplémentaires. Vous trouverez la cuisine entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, des poêles, de l'argenterie et des ustensiles de cuisine - prêts à cuisiner vos prises du jour! Vous pouvez également profiter de votre café du matin ou d'un verre le soir tout en admirant la vue sur la baie depuis votre balcon, juste à côté du salon.

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les réservations qui ne répondent pas à ces critères sont susceptibles d'être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être faites pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

Great condo!

The property is beautiful with a pool and access to the dock. My dad caught so many fish he lost count. We had a great time. It was affordable and close to everything! We will definitely stay here again.

Orange Beach snowbirds

This property was very close to beaches. Gulf State Park was an amazing beach. There was a lot to do! We loved the balcony where we could sit in the sun and read!

Property was in good order - plenty of everything. The only complaint I would have is that it's on the 3rd floor and is a walk up only.

Had a great stay there was a towel and wash cloth left behind by cleaning crew but overall clean, lots of steps, brought our dog had no issues with that

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful condo, just minutes from the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is the teflon on the skillets are in bad shape, so bring your own skillet, and they only have one dish rag. Other than that, we loved this place! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and all appliances work great!

Bayview Vacay

We love Bayview. We stay a couple times a year. Was disappointed that the launch was still closed and it was not on the listing. Was also very disappointed that we had to add 40 minutes to our travel time going to Poole to pick up an envelope that had info in it that could have been emailed. This is the first time we rented this unit and will be the last now that we know we can't go straight to the unit. We still love Bayview - We just won't be back to this unit.

Nice Stay on the Bay

Great tucked away location ... both close enough and far enough at the same time! Great beaches, restaurants and grocery shopping just minutes away. Several within walking distance. The views on the docks of the bay were really nice. We loved the cozy nature of the place. We also really enjoyed the beach themed decor. Unfortunately, we did have a couple of minor issues with the plumbing (kitchen sink) that were quickly addressed and handled to our complete satisfaction. Very well done and even on a holiday weekend. Check in was the only real "negative" aspect of our entire stay ... it was not on the property, and it could have been easily accomplished via email in this day and age ... it was very quick and easy though! Overall, this property was excellent and we would gladly stay here again.

Very dirty

The closet in the second room, was full of cleaning supplies mops, bucket and vacuum. No place for our clothes. Would not recommend, the pool was nice the dock also, put this apartment needs to be cleaned properly. About a week prior i asked about parking spaces, i did not receive any response the day of check in, i was informed i would need to pay 10.00 for one additional parking permit, and had to go pick it up. Very unprofessional .

Great location and nice condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chose property specifically for boat parking/launch/dock. Sharing some info that would have been good to know if provided in the property info. The property mgt company (Poole) could do a better job pre-checkin to make sure everything is in place. We had no boat permit … but they sent someone out after hours with a temporary replacement. Also had to make several phone calls to get the correct gate code to the boat launch. Condo itself was clean,comfortable. Our teen girls loved their setup and the WiFi was excellent when we were in the unit. Kitchen was adequate. Bath towels were ok. Bare minimum but washing machine super convenient. Get your own detergent, dish liquid/detergent and extra toilet tissue if staying more than a couple of days. Nice setup for pets with pet waste stations set up all over the property. It’s a quiet property and great water access. Good boat ramp for launching/retrieving. Dock space is available but some still in rebuild from storm damage in 2020. Property has a lot of boat parking.

30 Minute drive to ANOTHER city to check in!

Although there is a keypad on the door, we had to drive 30 minutes (hour round trip) in traffic to Gulf Shores with our boat just to sign a piece of paper and show my ID. We had friends staying in same building in other condos who also had keypads. We were the only ones who had to go to the office. You are also only given a 2 hour window 3-5 to do this. We were told our boat and trailer passes would be in the unit. They weren't. By the time we got back it was after 5 and the office closed. I left a voice mail and never heard back, so we never got our passes. When we complained about having to drive that far just to give my signature in person, the office said these owners are "Old Fashioned." Won't be renting this unit again.

Hi, Yes, we do require renters to check in at our office to verify who are who you say you are. We have age restrictions a long with rules and policies we have to follow as well. Checking in at our office has nothing to do with the owners so that might have been a misunderstanding as well. Being the beginning of July, traffic does tend to be pretty heavy here at the beach. However, we do go out of our way to send multiple emails with check in instructions to let you know that you will be needing to stop in at our office with our address attached. On top of the emails, we reach out to each guest ahead of time to clarify check in instructions. Also, check in time is guarenteed between 3-5pm, but we do allow early check ins if your room is ready and we also allow after hours check in as well. I don't know why the boat and trailer pass wasn't in the unit, but with constant renters, it is easy for them to be misplaced or lost so I am sorry about that.

Great location with everything needed for a great vacation!

The only thing that is wrong with this property is the beds! The first couple of nights they were fine but after than each night it go worse and worse, by the end of our 8 day stay we all were hurting and complaining about our backs, shoulders and hips. If they replace the beds with some memory foam mattress I would stay again in a heart beat!

Amazing and Clean!

We love staying in this condo! We have stayed in it twice so far and will stay again. It's convenient to many restaurants and close to the beach. It is located on the bay so you can walk out and enjoy the view. Very clean and quiet! Great for a small family! Highly recommend.
