~The space~
**CARETAKER: A friendly caretaker lives in a small casita on the property and helps keep everything running smoothly with routine maintenance and groundskeeping. They may occasionally be on-site during your stay but are always respectful of your privacy and space. While the caretaker is not your main point of contact, feel free to say hello! For any needs or questions, please reach out to the property management team/host—we’re here to ensure you have a wonderful stay.



INSIDE THE HOME, guests will have access to:

- Main Floor living area has a convertible sofa sleeper and extra linens

- Refrigerator & freezer (w/ filtered water dispenser, and automatic ice maker)
- Pots, pans and bakeware
- Water boiler/kettle
- Rice maker

- Coffee Maker (fresh beans provided!), tea steeper & condiments

- Small amenities, like cotton swabs, cotton pads, lotion, disposable makeup wipes and other miscellaneous travel items
- Upper floor bathroom has a jacuzzi/jetted bathtub

Each bedroom (King, Queen, Full) is provided with:

- Clean, fresh towels for each guest

- King bedroom has a smart TV
- Queen bedroom has it's own private half bath

OUTSIDE THE HOME, enjoy this private wooded property:
- A peaceful wraparound deck on the main AND a balcony upper level for morning coffee or tea
- Explore open areas ideal for picnics, leisurely walks, or nature viewing.
- Keep an eye out – you may spot wild turkeys, deer, or rabbits during your stay!
- Bring your own tent and enjoy the option to camp under the stars right on the property.
- A charcoal grill is available for your use (a lighter and grilling tools are provided, but please bring your own charcoal, fluid, etc.).
- Unwind around the fire pit in the evening – a great spot for stargazing, storytelling, or roasting marshmallows. Just bring the marshmallows – we’ve got the roasting sticks covered!

PARKING: This home has a dirt driveway, with space for at least four cars to park.

~Guest access~
Guests will have access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, the main level wraparound porch, upper level balcony, the laundry room, and the surrounding front and back yards.

Guests are are to be mindful of the "No Trespassing" and "Do Not Enter" signs around the property. This includes no access to the detached garage or the casita (where the caregiver resides).

-Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, for up to 3 hours before check-in or after check-out.
-Crib, high chair and baby gates can be provided upon request


No pets, smoking/vaping, parties or hunting allowed. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM per the City of Cottage Grove. Exterior security cameras are in use - your privacy is our priority, and the cameras are there solely to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
