The Space

Lexington is a designer home in the heart of Fountain Square—one of Indianapolis' most walkable entertainment districts. It was intentionally designed to feel nothing like a typical short-term rental. Instead of one generic living room, there are multiple gathering spaces on every floor. Instead of basic beds and bare walls, you'll find thoughtful details, curated collections, premium finishes, and a rooftop lounge with skyline views that makes entertaining effortless.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests: 8 in traditional beds, plus 2 additional sleeping options. Every corner is designed with gatherings and comfort in mind.

Groups of more than 8: The home accommodates up to 12 guests, but standard beds are provided for 8. Guests 9–12 use additional sleeping accommodations consisting of a sofa, futon and/or air mattress. A fee of $75 per additional guest, per night applies to each guest over 8.
