The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests: 8 in traditional beds, plus 2 additional sleeping options on the second floor for flexible arrangements.

Bedroom 1 (King): Blackout shades, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite access with a spacious walk-in shower. Your private retreat within the larger home.

Bedroom 2 (Queen): Smart TV, dedicated workspace (ideal for remote work during your stay), and closet.

Bedroom 3 (Queen): Easy access to the full hall bathroom and closet.

Second Floor Common Area: Two twin-size Murphy beds that tuck away neatly when not in use, providing flexible sleeping for guests 9–10.

Additional Sleeping: For groups exceeding 8 guests, guests 11–12 use additional accommodations (sofa, futon, and/or air mattress). A fee of $75 per additional guest, per night applies.

All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—you can pack light and still enjoy a pampered experience.
