ROOM DESCRIPTIONS / SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- PRIMARY BEDROOM: King bed with door entrance to pool. Has an attached bathroom. Has a mounted TV with Netflix, Disney and Prime. This bed room has a private bathroom.
- GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen bunk bed with 2 trundle beds. This bedroom has a workstation with desk and chair.
- GUEST BEDROOM 3: King bed. Dresser with accent mirror.
** All bed rooms have closets with hangers, ceiling fan.
** Guest bedrooms share the common second bathroom.

KITCHEN :
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, rice maker, blender, pots & pans, baking pans, oven mitts, cooking utensils, silverware, knife, cutting board, storage bowls, grill utensils. Kitchen is also refilled with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, cooking oil, EVOO, salt & pepper, cooking seasonings, dish soap, dish sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods.

LAUNDRY : In house laundry unit with washer and dryer. Washing pods are provided. Tide and Ultra Sensitive Clear.

OTHER AMENITIES :
We provide a full set of bathroom essentials including hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels to make your stay hassle-free.

POOL:
Pool is installed with Salt water system, so it’s good without harsh chemicals.

The pool typically stays around 70F-80F .If you prefer a warmer experience (up to 90°F), especially from October to April, pool heating is available for an additional small fee/day. Please note that heating must be requested in advance and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay.
