Absolutely beautiful property. Spacious and unique. The pool was heated so it was at a great temp the entire time. Everything was clean upon arrival and the hosts were very thoughtful. I rented the place for my birthday weekend and when we arrived there was a happy birthday cake in the fridge. They also provide wood and items to make s'mores for the fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay and the vibe of the entire property. Our pup loved the backyard.

Easter with My Peeps

House was perfect and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was Clean and Warm, Kids loved it. I did too 😊 The fire pit was the cherry on top. S’mores every night !! The Hosts were very accommodating and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house. My family had the best Easter Vacation 🐰

Absolutely wonderful!

This property from the pictures alone caught my eye instantly. The hosts have done such a great job with the decorative items, themes of each room and overall ambience of the property. The outside area is great for pool days and grilling out. The hosts were so sweet and communicative from the first conversation. They left things to makes s’mores, a few drinks and snacks which was so much appreciated after the long drive. They offered help when we needed it and we’re super fast to reply. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice!! You will LOVE your stay here.

Wonderful stay at a gorgeous place

We spent 10 days over Christmas and New Year's staying at Matt and Kristina's place. It was an outstanding experience all around. We particularly loved the pool and huge outdoor spaces, and made full use of the grill and fire pit. The massive screened porch is a great place to hang out. Inside, the living room and bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances we needed, and the beach gear (including chairs, umbrella and coolers) came in very handy. There was plenty of space for the six of us. Our hosts were super responsive to any questions we had, and really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The location (just off Dixie Highway and a few minutes from I-95) was a perfect jumping off point to the beaches, and basically all the attractions between West Palm and Fort Lauderdale were less than 30 minutes away.Bottom line, we had a blast and look forward to staying here again on a future visit.

They don't use a management company as they prefer a "hands on" approach to customer service and are available 24/7 and live 5 minutes away from this home. That way, not even a speck of dirt will be noticed in the home. Plus, they are always available to give excellent personal customer service with a smile.
