TV écran, blue-ray et internet partout. La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes supplémentaires
s'asseoir dans le porche projeté.

Le porche permet de se détendre en plein air et de vivre sans les tracas des insectes. Tout
3 chambres disposent d'une literie et d'un mobilier haut de gamme et offriront une nuit de détente

Great Stay

Very comfortable and clean home that is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Bikes and beach chairs were provided which was a nice perk. Sea pines is a beautiful area. The only negatives: the pool is not heated and no beach towels are provided.

Nice family oriented house in a beautiful neighborhood!

Property was in nice quiet neighborhood! Clean with nice pool! Had one issue and the property management resolved it a very timely manner! Would recommend it to a family oriented family! My family had a really good stay in Hilton head island! So much to do in this area! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay here! Greg!

Peaceful vacation home

Clean well appointed home in quiet neighborhood. 15 minute bike ride to Sea Pines beach club or 4 minute car drive. We could not park there because of the amount of guest parking reserved for property guests. Other than that the vacation was awesome.. a very comfortable home with no problems at all , everything worked especially the AC😎. We would definitely stay here again.

A bit of a walk to get to the beach, almost 15 minutes but going by bike helped a lot. We brought our own bikes and beach chairs but the owners provided them as well. Probably our 8th vacation in HH and this was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in.

Perfect Beach Gettaway

It comes with six bikes and a few chairs/beach toys, so you don't have to bring a lot of extra bulky items. The pool is ideal for younger kids after the beach and at night. The screened in porch is also great to hang out on at night and easily can watch kids while watching football or just hanging at the table. We will rent here again!

The entirely private backyard is incredible and the house has a very cozy feel while still providing more than enough space for both of us to work remotely in our own spaces. With no kids and no pets, we are often described as organizationally OCD so I was surprised to see a couple reviews mention cleanliness as an issue, because this place is superb, perfectly clean, very well maintained, all amenities, appliances, plumbing, and electronics worked flawlessly. Already looking forward to our next visit to 11 Deer Run Ln.

Great place!

Everything was great! Nice property, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Only real negative was that the AC was really loud when it was on. I think it was because the temperature outside was 95 most of the week. Later in the week, when it was cooler out, the AC wasn't as loud.

Amazing Home

We stayed here back in October and absolutely loved the home! It was very spacious and we loved the screened in porch! The home is decorated with great furnishings which made you feel like you were right at home. The pool and backyard were amazing! With this home being pet friendly our dog loved the yard. The home had everything you could need as far as linens, toiletries and kitchen items-you literally show up and enjoy vacation! And the location of the home doesn’t get much better. Sea pines is a wonderful area of the island with so many bike trails and things to do. The bikes the homeowner provided were the icing on the cake! We had a blast touring the area and the beach on the bikes. The home is located a short bike ride from the beach. We use VRBO quite a bit and this was hands down one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at. We will be booking again. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and easy.

Wonderful HH home with a pool

We had a great stay at this home. The location was great- nice and quiet and very close to the bike paths. It was wonderful to have a pool in the back yard which was very comfortable and clean. The property manager was easily reached when we had a question about the breaker. I agree with some previous reviews- the home could have been cleaned a little better. It is a dog friendly home, so there definitely is a mild smell of dog there (it didn't bother us, but it might bother people who don't have animals). Overall we really liked this house and would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. House backs up to nice wooded area and shrubs offered privacy on both sides of home. Pool was clean but a little cool for this time of year but after a hot day of walking, it felt nice. Close to everything we wanted to do. We did not have any issues during out stay.

Four 60 & 70 y/o stay in Heritage Woods

Reviewer Comments: Lovely home with ranch floor plan & no stairs; was excellent for 4 older adult family members to get away for a great vacation in Sea Pines on HHI. The home & kitchen had everything available that we needed during our stay. The bedrooms & baths were great! The bike paths were accessible nearby. The private pool was wonderful; but we had to report to IRHH that the pool cleaning unit was missing and not in the bottom of the pool as expected. We were told it would be reported to the pool maintenance company. We thought that the pool needed a chemical shock as the side walls were green when we arrived—but when pool maintenance arrived he said he had just cleaned the pool side walls last Saturday. You might want to check on pool maintenance more frequently. Overall, our rental property was satisfactory for our needs. The screened-in patio was wonderful for outdoor meals; however, the flooring could have been cleaner. The beaches were lovely; the only thing is that we would have liked to be closer in walking distance to the beaches. We also reported to IRHH that the patio umbrella would not open; and it was immediately replaced with a new one. Upholstery on LR chair & ottoman could stand to be cleaned. We value maintenance and take excellent care of out own property.

Great experience, would definitely book again

Everything was as described, no major issues throughout the stay. Only issue we experienced was pool cleaning company came unannounced and scared us a bit. Would definitely come back to this house if available. Good location to bike paths and beach. Pool was larger than we expected.
