Villa ARUBA OASIS is located in an extremely quiet side street at the
end of Cape Coral Parkway at Groves Canal. By west exposure you can
enjoy the sun until sunset. The pool is over length, perfect for
swimming. Maybe you can later finish the day at the spa and in the
lounge area with Fire pit?

Due to the large cage with Super Screen even the smallest insects, such
as no-see-ums, will not disturb your stay. Your view of the water and
the beautiful palm trees and other plants in the vicinity are not
affected by cross-beams. The corner sliding door allows you to
integrate the exterior entirely in the living area and the open
kitchen.

Outside-Living:

430 ft² covered terrace with a huge dining table, 30" TV and Napoleon
Gourmet Grill with Sizzle Zone, pool area with plenty of space for 6
sun loungers and a spacious lounge area with a gas fire pit. Dock with
boat lift (only available for the Pontoon of the villa), kayak deck and
Captain Walk

Table for a computer workstation and chair for relaxing and reading

Lounge with leather sofas and 75" TV, AV receiver with Dolby Digital,

King size bed and sliding door to the terrace, 55" TV with Blue ray

separate hand shower, large free-standing bath tub, 2 separate sinks
and of course an extra toilet

Master Bedroom 2:
King size bed with a large sliding door to the terrace, 40" TV,
On-suite bathroom with shower and toilet

The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1000.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
