Villa Papageno has approx. 220 m² of living space and is generously and
luxuriously furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All 3 bedrooms have king size beds and TVs.

An additional room, furnished as an office with a sofa bed for one more
person, can also be used as a fourth bedroom. The modern designed
interior of the villa offers more than enough space for families or
friends up to 6 persons, or alternatively a quiet and romantic stay for
two.

The villa is situated in a quiet location in the West of Cape Coral on
a very wide canal overlooking the mangroves, where you can enjoy a
fantastic water view.

At the Tiki Hut, you can relax on a sun deck right above the water with
a view of the canals and mangroves. The southern location of the villa
means you have sun until late in the evening.

If you are thinking of renting a boat, no problem! The existing boat
lift makes it easy for you to handle your boat and dock it directly at
your vacation home. From the villa you have direct access to the Gulf
of Mexico.

Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful and stylish villa. The spacious
living and dining area leads directly onto the south-facing terrace
through the fully opening sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with a
microwave, dishwasher, American fridge as well as ice maker, coffee and
Nespresso machine, toaster and other small amenities.
Note: Please bring your own Nespresso capsules, you cannot buy them in
the supermarket here.

Another highlight of Villa Papageno is the 10 meters long and up to
1.80 meters deep pool, where you can have a lot of fun and enjoy
swimming. The water is not chlorinated but purified with a
skin-friendly salt generator. The giant whirlpool offers space for all
guests.

The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs and
sun loungers for a capacity of at least 6 people.

Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.

The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1000.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
