Welcome to Villa White Haven! This beautiful vacation home is located
in the southwest of Cape Coral at the wide end of the canal. With 3.5
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa offers enough space for the whole
family.

The spacious master king bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a
bathtub, walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space, all located in a
separate wing on the right side of the house. The other three bedrooms
are located in the left wing (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 twin bed with
an extra mattress) and share a bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with
its own TV, and both the king and queen bedrooms have direct access to
the outdoor terrace.

The terrace boasts a spacious pool with solar heating, a BBQ area, a
cozy lounge corner, and an extra dining table for outdoor meals. A boat
dock is also available.

The villa is stylishly furnished with bright, modern furniture, giving
it a touch of Miami flair. The open living area features a modern
kitchen and an additional dining space.
3 bicycles (2 for adults & 1 kids-bike) as well as two kayaks are also
available for you to explore the area both on water and on land.

Please Note:
Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1500.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
