Beautifully maintained 4 bed/2 bath on canal w/pool & sailboat access

Welcome to The Cape House! Our stunning and beautifully maintained 4 bed/2 bath tastefully decorated home with gulf access and pool. The home sits on the Gelcys Canal close to the South Spreader Water way with no bridges allowing for sailboat access. This home is very spacious and ideal for entertaining with an open floor plan and a huge great room, kitchen, living and dining area. The great room has a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to an oversized lanai with kitchen, pool and spa. This home has a recently remodeled lanai kitchen with grill, induction cooktop, fruit trees and much more!

Enjoy coffee overlooking the canal or a glass of wine as you enjoy a beautiful sunset over the mangrove trees! Canal is fishing and kayak friendly and area is bike friendly so plan to enjoy the miles of bike paths just out our front door!

This area of Cape Coral is right off Veterans Pkwy, giving quick access to any direction you want to go. Less than half an hour away from airport, Punta Gorda, Sanibel, Ft Myers and more!

Relaxing FL House w/ All You Need

The house is amazing with the pool and dock assess. It had everything you could need as far as well stocked household supplies and has plenty of gently used beach and fishing supplies for the family. Easy house and area to relax and enjoy Florida in.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts are AMAZING! The home is clean, welcoming and offers plenty of space to relax. My family enjoyed the pool, fishing and visiting area beaches. Again, the hosts are amazing and communication was excellent! I strongly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway

We had 11 people in our group and needed a place as our home was without power for a week. This home was amazing and everyone found joy in it. Great location, amazing pool and large family area. I would highly recommend!

Great Time in a Great Home‌

The home was Awesome! Ms Nikki was easy to deal with during our time. The pool area and outdoor kitchen made for GREAT family time. 💯% would stay there next year for Spring Training Baseball.

Wonderful home

Our group of 9 loved staying at this home. The owners provide so many opportunities for fun activities (fishing equipment, kayaks, electric scooters and bikes) that it is easy to stay busy having fun. The pool and hot tub are a nice size and provide hours more fun and relaxation. Nikki was very receptive to questions and suggested restaurants and grocery store to make our stay easier. I would definitely rent this home again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. The home was well stocked with essentials and lots of thoughtful extras. We loved that we could explore the neighborhood on the electric bikes, scooters, and peddle bikes that were provided. There were kayaks and lots of fishing equipment too. Fishing from the dock was excellent. The pool was warm, and there were floats and pool toys for the kids. The outside kitchen and living area were the perfect place to grill and relax. Nikki was super helpful and very responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Great spot in Cape Coral

We loved our stay at the Cape House! Nikki is a fantastic communicator and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is a really nice property in a great neighborhood - we couldn't have been happier. Highlights for us: - The beautiful lanai area with pool, entertaining, and cooking area. - The bikes and kayaks we were able to use - The dock out in the large canal for relaxing, fishing, etc. - The large, open concept home, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (although I wish I had brought my own pillow - rookie move) - The quiet neighborhood great for walking, seeing the burrowing owls, etc. Would highly recommend!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
