Modern 2 BR Condo with Pool, Near to the Beach CDM

Welcome to Casa del Mar by Península Properties. This modern condominium features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for 4 people. It has a large private balcony. The wonderful pool on the terrace has a spectacular view to enjoy the sunset.



The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two single beds. The condominium has ceiling fans, air conditioning, and wifi in all its rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, making this place perfect for vacations. Additionally, the living room has a TV and access to a private balcony with large glass doors, allowing natural light to enter your condominium.



The Casa del Mar condominiums feature a Rooftop equipped with a large swimming pool, lounge chairs, showers and bathrooms so you can relax and enjoy the sun in addition to an incredible sea view.



Approximately 50 steps from the shore of white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean, or 5 minutes from the popular Mamitas beach club. You are just 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, with its long pedestrian walkway full of boutiques, relaxing cafes, gourmet restaurants and bars.



Practice golf at the Hard Rock course 2 miles from Playacar. If you like excursions and swimming, there are several nearby cenotes (natural pools that connect with underground rivers) in Playa del Carmen, just 4 miles away by car.

It was exactly as described.

Everything was spotless and well stocked. The location is fantastic - one block from the beach and three from 5th ave. It is a bit up the north end of 5th which makes it a bit more chill yet a quick walk into the chaos, if you are craving it. Beauty rooftop pool with a view of the gulf and Cozumel on a clear day. Honestly, we could not be happier - the security at the building are super friendly and helpful, too.

Really enjoyed our monthly stay. The location was great. The condo was clean, well equipped, safe and the property manager was responsive to our needs. The condo community was very friendly. WiFi good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and peaceful yet central location for a family vacation!

The location is a block from the beach. The nearby beaches - Coco beach and Plays 88 - are not as crowded as the main Playa Del Carmen beaches, and have a very good family vibe with a mixture of locals and tourists. Even during the Christmas holidays, it never felt crowdedloud. Unlike the main beaches, these beaches also had enough area for public access so you could along the beach for miles! The apt. also had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board. While there are a couple of night/beach clubs nearby, we didn't hear any loud music most nights except for one. The 5 Th. ave is a very short walk from the apt., and there is a 7-Eleven right across for potable water and other basic groceries. In our experience, it felt very safe for a family to be walking about, since we routinely saw police cars patrolling the neighborhood. The apartment itself is very large and spacious with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Hot water was never an issue, and the internet worked very well too. While small, the pool upstairs is nice to relax. The rooftop has great views of the ocean and the beaches.
