• No parties or loud gatherings
• No smoking or drug use (incl. marijuana)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• Max 5 cars in the driveway (no street parking or trailers)
• Rule violations = immediate eviction + $1000 fine
• Once a guest has checked in, we do not offer refunds for early checkout.
