- Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids, this room features two full-sized bunk beds and a twin trundle. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub shower.



For added convenience, there is a half bathroom located in the hallway, providing extra comfort and accessibility for guests. Bathrooms have starter supplies (two rolls of TP, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer)

For golf enthusiasts, a 3-hole mini-golf course with LED balls offers entertainment, day or night. Life-sized games such as Giant Connect 4, beer pong, and Jenga are available, keeping guests of all ages entertained.



The outdoor dining area, complete with a gas grill ($40 for entire trip) under a pergola, is ideal for al fresco meals. The cozy lounge space is perfect for enjoying lazy afternoons or evening conversations, all while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of this tropical backyard.

Nestled in Bradenton, Florida, this home is perfectly located just minutes from the area's top attractions. Spend your days basking in the sun on the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island, only 10 minutes away, and we’ll make sure you're beach-ready! You'll have access to large beach towels, 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, a beach/sand blanket, a cooler, pool noodles, inflatables, beach toys, and games. Grab your beach gear and load up the heavy-duty beach wagon—we’ve thought of everything so you can simply enjoy your time away!



Enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Downtown Bradenton (5 minutes away) or go to the IMG Academy, just 8 minutes from your door. With grocery stores and other conveniences only a minute away, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay.



The Neighborhood:

This beautiful home is in a residential neighborhood, centrally located to three main areas: Downtown Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and IMG - all of which are 5-15 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

1. The house is situated in a lovely family-friendly residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the quiet hours (9p-9a) and keep the noise to a respectful level in the evening.

2. We wish we could accommodate your furry friends, but we have a no pet policy.

3. Guests use the pool at their own risk, as no lifeguard is present, and children must always be supervised.

4. No events or parties of any kind (e.g., no unregistered guests allowed).

5. No illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, or e-cigs are permitted anywhere on the property.
