Prepare to immerse yourself in the height of mountain living! This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom condominium serves as the perfect resort getaway, featuring modern furnishings, cutting-edge appliances, breathtaking river views, and ample space for everyone to enjoy a mountain retreat.
The main open-concept layout highlights hardwood flooring and large windows that allow abundant Colorado sunlight to illuminate the space, offering spectacular views of the Fraser River, the surrounding forest, and Winter Park Ski Resort.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that accommodates three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a spacious table and additional seating for up to six. The living area is ideally designed for relaxation, featuring a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and generous plush seating, along with access to a private patio. It is important to mention that air conditioning is not available.
The primary bedroom suite includes a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, a full en-suite bathroom, and access to the private deck.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen television.
The third bedroom features a double/double bunk bed, which can accommodate up to four individuals.
The second bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway.
Located on the ground floor of the building, the property offers outdoor parking, and guests are also invited to enjoy the shared indoor hot tub and sauna.
Guests are not allowed to smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

A welcoming place to call home after a day of skiing. We appreciated the kitchen and dining area - made it easy to cook at home. Lots of windows to get lots of natural light throughout the entire condo. I’m sure the decks would be wonderful in the summer! The LIFT bus stop is right across the street, which makes it super easy to get to the ski hill or go into town for dinner or shopping. We also enjoyed the close access to the hiking trails and the beautiful creek behind us.

We loved the condo, just a few things that would be helpful. Instructions on the stove top, we figured it out but it doesn't cook very quickly and would keep turning off, would be nice if there were more dishwasher soap and trash bags bc we ate all our meals there and washed dishes daily would be nice to have a place to hang coats etc by the bench and somewhere to put skisice maker doesn't make very much ice,over alll great wxperience

The wrap around porch and view over the creek was wonderful! Easy to bike or walk up to WP village. The outdoor courtyard was perfect for taking our dog outside.

We enjoyed our stay. The gondala is walkable from the address, a little over half a mile. There is also a bus stop across the street. Spacious on the inside with a nice back porch. Although, the booking is advertised as having a king in the master bedroom. It is a queen. This was a problem for us because our party was 5 grown men and we were banking on that king for a comfortable stay.

Overall a lovely place to stay in winter park. Walking distance to the Fraser River trail. The property managers were very easy to reach for all our questions and help with anything that came up. Of note the kitchen isnt the most well stocked but easy enough to make do and Safeway is not far for the basics.

So amazing!!!

This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless. We will definitely be back!

Quiet, beautiful river views from multiple balconies. Perfect grassy area convenient for dogs. Would book again.Advertised as 3.5 bathrooms and ensuite in the Master king. Ensuite was in the 2nd Queen. Bathrooms were split up with ensuite Queen as the only full bath. Other bathrooms were one with an excellent walk-in shower plus sink (no toilet), and one with just a toilet and sink. Worked for us given there were only 2 couples.Would have been helpful to have a heads up and directions for using a convection stovetop. Had some pots/pans that could not be used, but we found the correct pans and figured out how to use it.
