Une vue imprenable et une belle décoration dans ce condo situ�� sur une magnifique plage du lac Michigan. Situé dans une zone plus isolée de The Homestead à l'extrémité sud. Détendez-vous sur l'un des ponts en face du lac et regardez le soleil se coucher avec un coucher de soleil flamboyant. Escalier menant à ce condo de 2e niveau, face à l’Ouest. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. 6 personnes.
1 roi, 2 jumeaux et un canapé-lit. Foyer au bois, laveuse / sécheuse, WIFI, t������lévision par câble / DVD, lecteur CD, cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle. 3 balcons pour profiter de la vue. Près de Sleeping Bear Dunes, des boutiques, des festivals et plus encore. Traverse City se trouve à 30 km. Explorez les différentes plages, parcs, magasins et restaurants de Glen Arbor. Kayak the Crystal River ou faire une partie de mini-golf

Linge de maison fourni. Pas de climatisation. Les équipements du Homestead Resort (piscine, tennis, etc.) ne sont pas inclus.

comfortable space, cozy and well outfitted. We were two couples and the spaces were great for that. Living/kitchen /dining area was free flowing and allowed people to be doing different things, yet converse. it was chilly so we carefully built a fire in the fireplace, it was lovely. Would stay there again.

Property was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked. Proximity to Lake Michigan was great. Beautiful view. There were lots of beach chairs for everyone. I would definitely recommend this property for a vacation getaway.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with my brother and his wife for 2 nights. We would have liked to have stayed longer. It was a very comfortable and roomy townhome. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of Lake Michigan. Beautiful area!

Place needs some updating. And definitely some dusting. Cobwebs surround the fireplace screen in the master bedroom and dresser top is covered in dust. Livingroom furniture is very uncomfortable as you sink way down making it difficult to get back up. All in all since the location is beautiful, it was an “okay” stay.

Beautiful

What a great location and beautiful condo! You can hear and see the beach from the condo, and it is just a few steps around the building to get to it. The beach is lovely and big! The condo itself was spacious, well-stocked (so many good books!), and really great to stay in. Will definitely return.

Beach is so close!

The property was very clean. The beach is just a walk around the building. The view was stunning from living room and master bedroom. Even without air conditioning it was very cool during our stay in late June. The property is very well equipped, from equipment (nesspresso with pods, blender, many cooking dishes etc.) to board games and books. A perfect spot for a family trip. And close to the downtown area!

Seriously, it had everything we needed and was perfectly situated on the beach; no one upstairs in what felt like but wasn't an end unit. I've already rented it for next year. Also the management company was great when I lost the key; replaced it at no cost. Although having to drive to TC to do this was a bit of a pain.

The lake water was so clear and the beach was not crowded. The condo is close to everything. The only thing I would recommend is that you should mention in your the list of what the condo furnishes for guest is hair dryers. I didn't think of it till the last minute, one less thing I didn't need to bring.

Great spot just yards from the beach

Had a large great sandy area for us to play. My family and I loved our stay at hospitality at Beachwalk. Only downfalls were No Air Conditioning which during our stay in late August was still warm enough at nights were we could have used the AC. Also, it was a little difficult to find the rental, so we had to stop at the main office and ask directions, which I would think could have been provided ahead of time from Vacation Rentals company.

We did send detailed, turn by turn directions via email the day before your check-in (at 11:37am on 8/22) with all of the check-in information and called (had to leave a voice mail!) to make sure you received them. We are sorry for any difficulty with that.

Awesome Stay at Beachwalk 5/6

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying at Beachwalk 5/6 and we are already planning to go back next year. The condo has had some moderate updating and as always it was wonderfully furnished with everything you would possibly need for your stay. The location is one of the best at The Homestead as it is right at the end of the road and just across from the Crystal River. We had a great time exploring all of the normal great sights of the area and Glen Arbor. This time we purchased swim tubes in town and went tubing everyday on the Crystal River. We also enjoyed some of the events put on by The Leelanau School during summer including the observatory and star gazing, Beach Bards Bonfire storytelling, etc. Up North Properties staff does a great job arranging everything from reservations right through to check-in. We have always been very pleased with the service. One small note for the owners of Beachwalk 5/6, it is time to replace the carpet as it is getting stained and worn. Laminate floor would be a good choice because of the sand.
