Enjoy stunning ocean views from this 3rd-floor condoâjust steps from the no-drive beach with a lifeguard, perfect for surfing, relaxing, or a barefoot stroll. Ideal for a weekend getaway or family vacation, the spacious unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and 2 bathrooms.
Private balcony with bar height seating with an unobstructed view âperfect for oceanfront dining or happy hour.
The space: Primary bedroom w/king bed, Second bedroom w/full and twin beds. Living room has a pull out sofa for an extra guest. Each bathroom features a tub/shower combo and are complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels for showering and the beach.
Things to Know:
Resort-Style Amenities: Heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, free parking, and laundry facilities on each floor.
Beach Gear: Boogie boards, frisbees, beach chairs, beach tent, and other essentials provided.
Essentials: Keurig with K-Cups, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included.
Rainy Day Fun: Plenty of board games and puzzles for indoor relaxation.

Originally from the northeast I moved to West Palm Beach for college where I met my husband and relocated to central Florida. We have always loved New Smyrna Beach and thought it was only fitting to make it our home away from home and thought it would be great to share our little slice of heaven with others.

We are family friendly and have furnished our condo with all the comforts of home. It is light and airy and very welcoming. It is quite open and has great views of both the ocean and the pool.
