Points forts : Propreté, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Very clean and beds are super comfortable. Love that three rooms all had king beds. Nice decor and clean hot tub outdoors. The front door lock that uses a code instead of a key is very convenient. What could be helpful is a binder from the host with info specific to the house. It was difficult to go back into the emails from Avantstay to find all the info. For example, wi-fi, directions and instructions for tv, amenities, check in and out directions and recommendations that all guests at the house could look through in one place would be great. We take many vacations and every house on VRBO that we’ve stayed at has a binder of some sort. There was not a clear number that I could reach the host at for any issues. Very confusing that Avantstay takes over after you book with VRBO. A few mishaps that the host will need to address for future guests are the sliding door that does not close of the bathroom in second master, the leak from the ceiling to the kitchen island (we had to use a bowl to catch the drips), no hot water coming out of the downstairs bathroom sink and the spout of that bathroom shower only has a handheld that works but was not in place when we first got there. Also the handheld pullout of kitchen sink has disintegrated where the water sprays out and sprayed up and across the kitchen when one of our guests tried to use it when washing dishes. It was unfortunate that these items have not been addressed before the owner rents out to guests.

It's great to hear the home started strong for you: the clean, comfortable space, three king rooms, nice decor, the clean hot tub, and the convenience of that keyless entry. Your suggestion about an in-home info binder is a good one, and we can see how having WiFi, check-in and check-out details, TV and amenity instructions, and recommendations all in one place would save the back-and-forth through emails. That's been passed along, along with your note about clearer contact information for reaching support during a stay. We also want to thank you for taking the time to detail the maintenance items: the second master's sliding bathroom door, the ceiling leak over the kitchen island, the downstairs sink and shower, and the kitchen sink sprayer. None of that should have been waiting for you on arrival, and all of it has been shared with our team so it can be properly addressed before future guests. We appreciate your patience through the mishaps, and we'd welcome the chance to give you a smoother, better-prepared stay down the road.
