The location is awesome! We were able to easily walk to Times Square & Broadway Shows as well as Central Park. The apartment was small, up three flights of stairs and not a lot of comfortable seating other than the couch. Bedrooms are very small but we made due and absolutely loved the wine bar

This VRBO is very convientently located to a lot of major attractions and Times Square. The stay was a blast with our friends, and I didnt really have any complaints except for a few. Some of the bedrooms can get pretty hot at night time, the water pressure in the bathrooms arent the strongest, and the washer and dryer do not work. Other than that I have no complaints and I would reccomend this VRBO.

Host was great and always responded within a short amount of time. Location was great and centrally located to Central Park and Times Square where we were focused on. While the pictures are accurate, they were definitely taken from the best angles possible. Not quite as spacious as the pictures depict. But the apartment was nice for the price and I would stay there again.

There was no heat throughout the apartment. Only very small space heater in living area which we didn’t use overnight. Contacted the hosts who told us to look for a remote. None found, only tv remote. Asked for 1/2 refund and got no response. Also 3 out of 4 lightbulbs in living area were out. 1 in the hallway out as well. Let host know so they could fix those for the next people. Good thing the bed next to living area was comfortable.

We need to have realistic expectations. This building was built in 1910. The hosts have remodeled a, but there’s only so much you can do with a geriatric condo. If you’re looking for the Ritz, then go stay at the Ritz. This place was a great price, we walked to Times Square and Broadway. The hosts were very responsive. We are from Texas so I’ll start with the most important thing to Southerners: temperature. When we walked in, it was stifling. But every room has a window unit. We cranked those puppies to the lowest temp with the highest fan setting and went to eat. When we came back it was the arctic tundra. And window units create white noise. And when the arctic tundra actually hit, we used the space heaters. They are tiny but mighty. We never had an issue with being comfortable. Now, those stairs are steeeeep. And tight. And winding. Picture “Pivot!!” on steroids. (We were warned.) But we don’t spend time at our hotel when we travel, it’s a place to sleep and shower. If you like to go back to your condo a few times throughout the day then you’ll need to take the stairs into serious consideration. There was a new clothes dryer delivered the day we arrived, so the laundry situation was good. Pretty sure the WiFi worked fine. I have two millennials and a Gen Z and heard no complaints. And yes. it looks like there’s a sunken place in the middle of the couch. But we didn’t sit there. And my youngest accidental

While we appreciated the location and the communication, we encountered several issues during our stay that affected our experience.The main problems were:‱ The lighting in the main hall and living areas were not working. We communicated on this and I needed to reset the breaker for these lights, so that we were able to have some lighting on, but only 2 of the 6 lights were working. Whilst these were offered to be fixed during our stay, this is something that should have been identified and fixed prior to our stay. ‱ Broken and aged items in the apartment. The Dryer was held together by tape, and had an obvious piece of the glass door broken and missing. Tape was left on top of the dryer for guests to use. One of the beds had loose screws and whilst we tried to fix it, we did not have the appropriate tools to make it tight enough. The couch was aged and sunken in, making it very uncomfortable. ‱ The overall security of the building and apartment is questionable. We never had to use the keys to enter the main building. Note that the keys were required for the actual apartment entry, but not the building and we could not lock this ourselves from the inside to make sure the building itself was secure. Further to this, the apartment has two doors that could be used for entry, and whilst there was one main door to be used for access, the other door had obvious damage at the floor leading into it which made me feel uneasy.I would not recommend this property.
