This was a great location. Kitchen had a coffee maker and toaster along with microwave, refrigerator and stove. Utopia bagels, pizza by the slice restaurant and Trader Joe’s were all a few blocks away, Subway stop also very close to this apartment.

The property was well-located. The pizza shop downstairs was delicious!! It was nice that we were able to check in a bit early rather than lugging our suitcases around NYC until late afternoon. The apartment shows abit of wear and tear but we enjoyed it and it housed my large family comfortably.

A perfect home base for 8 days in NYC with my 2 grown kids and their significant others -- 6 of us total. Each couple had their own room. Convenient access to public transportation. Nearby to grocery stores (Trader Joes and a nice market) as well as CVS. Kitchen is a bit spartan but perfectly serviceable. A much more economical stay than getting 3 hotel rooms for sure! Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Convenient, Easy, Comfortable in Manhattan

Our group had a great time staying here. The accommodations are just as pictured, the location in midtown is excellent and it was extremely easy and convenient to check in and communicate with the host throughout. Pretty unbeatable value for the area, would definitely stay here again

Great value and room to spread out. Nice to relax in the living room after a day in the city.l And we each had our own room. Subway was less than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe for me and my teen daughter. Host was very responsive and check-in and check out very easy.

The accommodations were fine but we did not get the room we paid for the first night as the host double booked the apartment for which we paid. This was communicated to us but it was not convenient as we were forced to move apartments between the first and second night.

Location was great to easily get around in the city. Area felt safe even on the nights we got back after dark. The pizza shop below was convenient and delicious. The street was a little loud from the apartment bedrooms but nothing that kept us awake. The apartment wasn’t dirty but could use a deep clean. There is no elevator in the building so prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs. There was only one mirror in the apartment and it’s the mirror above the bathroom sink so some additional mirrors would have been convenient. Overall our stay was great and we would stay again.

This place was perfect! We needed a three bedroom which was hard time. This was a gem though! It’s just as described and even better. It even sit atop a pizza shop with amazing slices for a late night snack. Check-in and check out were simple and clear. We loved it!

NYC 3 Bedroom apartment

This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment.

This was a perfect resting spot for me during a very busy week of attending climate conferences. I was able to easily walk to all of my events saving me a lot of hassle because the roads were packed and unnavigable with cars and it’s delightfully close to the river, so I enjoyed Running in the morning before going to work. All in all a great experience the only caveat I would say is that the two bedrooms with windows facing second Avenue can be very noisy because there are hospitals nearby so be sure to bring earplugs.

Super convenient location and responsive owners. As expected for NYC accommodations. LOTS of stairs (48 total) to access property which was not bad except when carrying luggage. Nighttime was a bit noisy but no different than other locations. Nice to have individual rooms, living area and kitchen.

Very good value

This is a solid clean place to stay. 3rd floor walkup, but no big deal if you are mobile. Very well appointed kitchen, good shower, comfortable beds, middle bedroom super quiet. Felt safe, host was very responsive, check in easy and did not require prompting, easy to get to the 34th street crosstown bus to get to whatever up and down the island subway you need, to Penn Station, wherever. Easy walk to the Theater district, lower east village, just overall a good value. Nothing "Fancy", but really comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend, I'll stay there again.

We arrived to no power and after climbing 3 flights of stairs with our luggage we had to wait in an 83 degree apartment for about 45 minutes before they got the power turned on. Also, the main door out of the building jams from the inside trapping you in the building. Since the apartment we stayed in wasn’t attached to the buzzer we couldn’t even go back up and buzz the door open. Three separate times we had to wait for somebody to be entering the building so we could get out. An enormous safety hazard that should get the building shutdown. We called the issue to the attention of the owner and management company with no help. The door had to be propped open to ensure we could exit very early in the am for the airport without issue.
