This is a very nice condo, it is decorated with wonderful art work, it has everything you could possibly need, it is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, so if you like to cook this is the place for you! Also the terrace is large and had a beautiful view of the river and mountains! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked including a wide array of condiments, spices, and cooking oils. Everything worked without any issues. The location is great - it sits right on the Blue River Nature Trail for easy access to scenic walks. It is also near a bridge that crosses the Blue River and comes out in the downtown area of Silverthorne - making all the restaurants easily accessible.The condo itself was quite and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

A "last-minte save"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup when our original rental became unavailable, but Mike Lewis at Summit Resorts turned everything around. He found us a wonderful alternative at River’s Edge 5, and we ended up having a great stay. The home was cozy, well stocked, and exactly as described. It was clean overall, with just a bit of dust from sitting empty for a while.I loved having a washer and dryer, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the master bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience, though, was Mike. He was easy to reach, quick to help, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay went smoothly. We’ll absolutely work with him again next season.
