The studio is amazing! Clean, and cozy. The building smells like cigarettes but the studio doesnt and Kristina is amazing. Would rent again. She’s also very receptive and very sweet. Do not hesitate to rent from her.

Great location for walking to food, coffee shops and bars. Very clean apartment, small and cozy with everything we needed for our short stay. The coffee and tea selection were a great touch! We greatly enjoyed our time with our dogs, Kristina was so kind and even left some treats my dogs loved!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this rental one night prior to our cruise and two nights after our cruise and it was perfect! Clean, spacious, and restaurants were all walkable. We enjoyed the great TV services and watched great movies and Football. Kristina was excellent to communicate with at all times and very flexible with our schedule.

There wasn’t a garbage disposal trash wasn’t easy to access. The unit had a very odd odor. It wasn’t great being next to the alley on the first floor.
