You can reach us through the Airbnb app or by phone/text for any questions, concerns, or recommendations. We respond promptly during business hours and are available 24/7 for emergencies.

We also provide a detailed digital guidebook to help you navigate the home and make the most of your stay—including instructions for appliances, pool heating, local attractions, and more.

Other Things to Note
Citrus Grove Experience: The property features over a dozen mature citrus trees—including orange, sweet lime, lemon, lime, and grapefruit—as well as a majestic pecan tree, giving the yard a lush, tropical feel. A fruit picker is provided so you can enjoy fresh, juicy citrus right from the trees during your stay!

Scenic Outdoor Spaces: The front yard has a peaceful walking trail with benches where you can sit back and watch the sunset. The side yard offers open lawn space, perfect for kids to run and play freely. The backyard features a fenced heated pool with a shaded seating area, and another side yard with artificial turf, lounge chairs, and a cozy gas firepit—ideal for cool winter nights.

Large Private Lot: Situated on over a third of an acre, the property offers privacy and quiet, with plenty of space to relax, unwind, and spread out away from neighbors.

Ample Parking: The garage accommodates up to 3 mid-sized cars, with additional parking available in the driveway and behind the RV gate—fitting 4–5 larger vehicles or trucks. An EV charger is also available.

Pool Heating: Available upon request for an extra fee. Please notify us 24 hours in advance so it’s ready before you arrive.

New Additions: A large gazebo and a putting green have been recently added to enhance your outdoor experience. These may not yet appear in listing photos.

Child-Friendly: We welcome families! The home includes a pack ’n play, highchair strap, coloring books, toys, and kids’ games. Please supervise children at all times, especially near the pool.

Security & Safety: Exterior cameras monitor entrances for your safety. There are no indoor cameras.

Quiet Hours & No Parties: This is a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM and to refrain from hosting parties or events.
