Spacieuse maison de 6 chambres Ă  l'est de Mesa

Spacieuse maison de deux étages avec 6 chambres à coucher est située à East Mesa. La maison dispose d'un grand jardin avec une piscine et un spa de 16 000 gallons. Les cours avant et arriÚre sont aménagées avec le désert et une belle herbe verte toute l'année. La maison a de la peinture fraßche à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Une nouvelle moquette moelleuse a été installée en 2019. Les 6 chambres ont des lits Queen. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche complÚte et d'une grande baignoire à remous. Il y a plusieurs grands écrans de télévision à écran LED dans toute la maison, dont un 70 pouces dans le salon juste à cÎté de la cuisine.

This home was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and it had all of the amenities you needed. The back yard was incredible it was like a resort! We spent most of our time outdoors. The pool, the hot tub and the bbq area, but most of all was the sunken room outside with the tv and water features. Thank you for a fantastic place to spend our time in Phoenix.

Perfect house for a relaxing Vacation

Visited a friend who lives in the neighborhood for his 50th birthday. House was relaxing, clean and the outdoor area was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next visit.

Baptism of grandson

Good sized home. A bed for everyone. Kitchen was adequate, but we only ate breakfasts on site. Sadly, it was too cold to take advantage of the pool and swim up bar area. (A couple of kids braved the cold water for a quick dip). Overall it was perfect for our needs

The house and the amenities were better than we expected. The pool and grill area were wonderful. There was more than enough towels, coffee, toiletries, etc , for everyone.

Family vacation for granddaughter's wedding

Very nice home for large family and had a locked gate with a fence around the pool since we had 4 kids under 7 and older teens and adults. The property manager and host, Aaron, was absolutely excellent and accommodated us above and beyond!

Great Time Had by All

Our group of 11 had a great time at the VRBO. The inside of the house was fantastic but ooohhhh the backyard. The pool, hot tub, and sitting areas were fabulous. Not to mention the swim up bar and the cooler and ice machine out back. There was ample room inside the home for those that didn't want to be out in the heat all day. Very spacious bedrooms. We were able to check in early and every time I messaged Aaron with a question/request, he responded within 5 minutes. We would definately stay again.

It was one of the best vrbo properties I’ve stayed at. I will try to stay here again. Awesome pool and outdoor area. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice.

55th Anniversary

This was perfect for our family of 16. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the living room where all of us using a couple chairs from the dining room were able to all be together. Once we got the pool heated to where anyone could get in we spent a lot of time in the pool area. Everyone could find a comfortable chair to visit or sunbathe. I would recommend this property to any group of people.

Perfect place for family gathering

This property could not have been any better!! We enjoyed all the spaces, the pool and hot tub. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Aaron was so kind and available for any questions before check in and after arrival. I totally recommend this property if you want to relax and be taken care of.

Second time here and still great.

Perfect property for our adult family reunion. Plenty of big tables for board and card games. Swim up bar is great place to be out of sun. Two dedicated ice machines plus two beverage refrigerators is huge bonus. Aaron is great host and hopefully he will still have it in 2026 for our next reunion.

Perfect for Family Weekend!

With family members flying in from KS, NE, and Las Vegas this house met everyone's needs! We had 8 kiddos and all adults enjoyed the wonderful pool, swim up bar with tv, ice makers, large bedrooms, etc. You cant go wrong with this wonderful home!

Accurate Description

Our family flew in from all over the country and Canada for a wedding. The host answered all questions quickly and was very ,friendly. Everything was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed were comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! We will be back for sure

Perfect for large family!

This property was perfect for our large family who traveled to Arizona for a family wedding. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed all of the space. The pool was lovely. The neighborhood was nice and was quiet in the evening. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Wedding weekend

Family came from all over the country to Gilbert, AZ for a nephews wedding. It was a super busy weekend. The house was large enough for everyone with 6 bedrooms. Although, for 4 couples and a single adult it was challenging sharing 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom: The only thing separating the bathroom toilet in the master bedroom is a slightly long hall. There is no door for privacy, In the description of the house it states the master bedroom is down stairs. The master bedroom is upstairs. Also, the bottom Bedroom did not have a fold out futon along with a queen bed as describes in the description of the house. The curtains were older, my sister could see they were stained with the sunlight. Laundry room: The door in the laundry room to the garage did not click shut when closed. TV Room: It was dirty behind the couch in the TV room. We found this out when the couch would not recline. Two of the plugs in the TV room do not work. Back Deck: The jets in the hot tub did not work. We also, found it hard trying to find lights to light up the outside seating area. The house just needs a real good cleaning before guests arrive. The recliners (TV room), door in garage and pool area should be maintenance before guests arrive, so the garage door opens without making a loud popping noise and so the garage door locks properly. The homeowner was excellent communicating back-and-forth with myself before we arrived. No time to notify owner for the needed repairs.
