EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The host is allegedly a person named Annie, but what you’re really dealing with is a company d/b/a “Boulevard Stays”. Every single aspect of this transaction is to increase convenience and efficiency for the company, all to the inconvenience and frustration of the “guest”. Prepare to download lots of apps.It all started with ID verification with a very fussy app. After a few tries, I got it to work. Then a few days before my stay I had to do it again. This time the app refused to work, so I texted a photo of myself holding my drivers license, along with a picture of the license. This was not the kind of friction I needed as I was about to embark on a two-day drive to Phoenix.When you arrive at the property you must download another app to pay 10/day for parking. Watch TV? Download another app, because Chromecast is required, and even it doesn’t work (according to other victims). So no Super Bowl for me. After a long day of hiking, I sat and stared at the wall. The property: empty cabinets with barely basic kitchen items; clothes washer doesn’t work; hot water problem in one bath; balcony door unlocked when I arrived. Received several texts reminding me to leave on checkout day. Obnoxious.

Cons:•Safety-When we arrived, the door was ajar and a couple across the hallway said it had been that way for over 2 days•Not clean-Glass of liquid on the island inside•Not clean-Empty travel shampoo bottle in main bathroom on side•Not clean-Oil dripping down cupboards above microwave•Not clean-Refrigerator wasn’t wiped out•Not clean-cupboards/drawers had crumbs, hair and a hairband in them•Not clean-Dishes were dirty. We put everything through the dishwasher before using•Maintenance needed-Bottom of microwave handle was broken and disconnected from the microwave•Maintenance needed-Inside door handle fell off in our hand – we fixed this as we didn’t want another visit by maintenance on our vacation•Missing supplies-No sponge to hand wash dishes•Missing supplies-No drying rack•Missing supplies-minimal hand soap in both bathrooms, when we asked for more they brought dishwashing soap which we didn’t need•Missing supplies-2 hand towels for 4 guests for 8 days•Missing supplies-2 bath towels for 4 guests for 8 days•Missing supplies-2 coffee cups for 4 guests for 8 days•Missing supplies-no cooking knives. There was an empty knife block.
