Ideal for solo travelers or couples, There is a minimum stay of one night and a maximum stay of 4 days. Anything beyond that requires prior approval. We have an extra full-size bed in an RV, just steps away in the same gated parking that you can also rent if needing additional sleeping space. Gated parking upon request.

500 ft² studio cottage with zero stairs. It comes complete with a queen bed and a kitchenette. The cottage does have a pull-out queen-size couch as well. there is a Pack ' n Play upon request.

A convenient one-floor studio cottage that requires no steps to access. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, hot plate, Foreman grill, and an air fryer (on request). You are welcomed from the gate with a koi pond and fountain. The Studio is comfortable and welcoming, no matter the Oregon weather. The gate is secured with a combination lock, and the cottage door has a smart lock and guest-specific entry code. If you need to get some work done, we have a laptop table and an HP Officejet printer available. This is a super convenient location to the airport! The cottage also has WIFI 5G for your convenience.
