This cozy studio was everything it needed to be. It was clean, check-in was easy, and I loved drinking my coffee in the little living room in the morning.

Thanks for respecting our home and we’re glad you found it convenient and comfortable. We apologize for the confusion with the no alcohol. The “no alcohol “ is specific to college parties (we’re a college town) . Many guests have had beer or wine amongst themselves which is fine so long as it doesn’t turn into a frat party with outside guests at all hours of the night. Sorry for the confusion, wish you’d have communicated this desire as it would have been fine.

Awesome value and an easy bike ride to all the fun downtown Eugene activities. Maybe an added couple pots and pans with a small auto shut off heat plate is beneficial but very happy with my stay. Very well kept property in a nice quiet residential area.

Awesome Time

Me and my wife had a great time, the location was comfortable and our time there was cozy. We did have to rush out in the morning but this was due to our timing not of the property owners. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here, look forward to our next trip, and staying here again.
