This cozy studio was everything it needed to be. It was clean, check-in was easy, and I loved drinking my coffee in the little living room in the morning.

The place was really clean, and it is a nice neighborhood. Note, the main house is also a separate short term rental. Unfortunately, the bedroom mattress and the sofa bed are extremely old and worn out. There is also a very strong mold odor, so you must keep the windows all open at all times to make it tolerable.

Awesome Time

Me and my wife had a great time, the location was comfortable and our time there was cozy. We did have to rush out in the morning but this was due to our timing not of the property owners. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here, look forward to our next trip, and staying here again.

Awesome value and an easy bike ride to all the fun downtown Eugene activities. Maybe an added couple pots and pans with a small auto shut off heat plate is beneficial but very happy with my stay. Very well kept property in a nice quiet residential area.

Larger than expected

Hard to tell from photos but main room is larger than expected. Little fridge sink, microwave and
 air fryer, so we’re able to make some decent meals. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Excellent location

Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for my stay. Very spacious. Fantastic remote work station in the very large bedroom. The property was very clean and well equipped. Hosts were friendly, and very accommodating to the needs of my stay. Close to shopping and easy to commute to downtown Eugene.

Visit for Football Game

My adult son and I stayed for a weekend (Fri night to Sunday morning) to attend a football game. It was the perfect arrangement, clean, convenient, the amenities we needed. Throughout the process the property owner was very responsive to messages or calls. If we ever come to an Oregon game again we would definitively stay there again if it is available.

Seniors should look closer.

As a senior, this property wasn’t a great choice. It was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located, but building access was not the best. In my hurry to get to town for a memorial service, I missed the photo of the stairs. The walkways and the driveway were gravel. They are not the easiest things to walk on. They have a policy of no alcohol.
