Welcome to this charming upstairs apartment in Springfield, OR. Raven themed, you'll notice immediately the Hogwarts House of Ravenclaw decor, with nods to Edgar Allen Poe's "Quoth the Raven" and other touches we hope you enjoy. This tranquil retreat features 1 cozy bedroom - with a queen bed with 6 pillows and the other room has a Serta reading chair that pulls out to a sleeper. We have extra blankets and linens for your convenience. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, we've made sure to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Enjoy the Hogwarts towels! We have disposable toothbrushes with flossers and toothpaste just in case too! There's living room space with a comfy sofa bed. A Samsung Smart TV is mounted to the wall and already connected to wifi for your enjoyment.
Here to get things done? We have a U-shaped office desk with both seated and standing desk with power switch to adjust the height at the press of a button with a comfortable chair to allow undistracted focus in whatever seated or standing position that suits you with high speed internet included for your stay.
We have a private alley which will accommodate your truck and trailer! We have uncovered parking right out front, enough for 2 vehicles.
Finally, we have two security cameras on the exterior of the premises that monitor for activity at the driveway, as well as coming up the stairs for your safety and convenience we have them professionally monitored.

I'm a graduate of the University of Oregon with a bachelors degree in Financial Economics. I'm an insurance broker and financial advisor by day. My agency is just up the road if you'd like to stop in during business hours! I'm born and raised here in Springfield OR, I have rented property here for many years. I enjoy providing for friends and family a safe and comfortable place to stay when they are traveling or wanting a convenient spot to crash for an event. I am a single father of two teenagers. I enjoy playing guitar, partner dancing, and all the outdoor shenanigans we can get ourselves into. I am an active investor in businesses and have a strong sense of ownership of outcome. I enjoy practicing my Spanish. Although please be patient as it is a second language!

The property is Raven themed! You'll notice immediately the Hogwarts House of Ravenclaw decor throughout. There are nods to Edgar Allen Poe's "Quoth the Raven." I hope you enjoy the free raven stickers to add to your water bottle or suitcase that you take with your travels. The property itself is fantastically located centrally in Springfield. Giving you the most convenient bus line access if attending a local University of Oregon game or Matthew Knight Arena event. The surrounding vineyards and other wine and dine events are easily accessible from this location as well!
